促进广西乡村旅游发展的财政政策研究

【摘要】：发展乡村旅游是开发农村资源、开辟农村消费市场的途径之一。随着乡村旅游经济在经济社会发展中的作用日益突出,广西各级政府越来越重视乡村旅游的发展,不断研究和出台相应的政策进行扶持。财政政策作为宏观调控经济的一种手段,能有效地促进乡村旅游发展,进而推动社会主义新农村建设。但现行的财政政策在促进乡村旅游发展方面还存在一定的缺陷和不足,本文分析了广西乡村旅游现状、存在的问题和财政政策的作用,并提出促进广西乡村旅游发展的财政政策建议。
[Abstract]:Developing rural tourism is one of the ways to develop rural resources and open up rural consumption market. With the increasingly prominent role of rural tourism economy in economic and social development, governments at all levels in Guangxi pay more and more attention to the development of rural tourism, and continue to study and issue corresponding policies to support it. As a means of macroeconomic regulation and control, fiscal policy can effectively promote the development of rural tourism and further promote the construction of new socialist countryside. However, the current fiscal policy still has some defects and shortcomings in promoting the development of rural tourism. This paper analyzes the present situation, existing problems and the function of fiscal policy of rural tourism in Guangxi. And put forward to promote the development of rural tourism in Guangxi financial policy recommendations.
