【摘要】：随着我国工业化和城市化进程的加快,城市环境恶化、道路拥挤、贫富差距、人口密集、就业压力等问题也应运而生,生活在城市的人们开始渴望远离城市的喧嚣和都市的繁华,渴望释放心中的压力和心理积郁。贴近自然,返璞归真是人们最理想追求。湖南省城步苗族自治县长安营乡(以下简称“长安营乡”),位于湖南省与广西壮族自治区交界处。境内自然风光壮美,物产奇特珍稀、地方风情浓郁、民族文化古朴、历史悠久神奇,是城市人们领略乡村文化、体验农村生活、休闲度假的绝佳去处,为城市人们渴求的田园生活提供了一个良好的实践空间。与此同时,也为当地旅游发展带来了新的机遇。众多案例说明,旅游业是贫困地区改变贫穷、提升经济、解决“三农”问题的有效方式。2011年世界旅游组织将“旅游——消除贫穷,创造就业和社会和谐的推动力”定为世界旅游日的主题口号,进一步说明了旅游对社会发展的积极作用。国家旅游局也因势利导推出一系列关于乡村旅游的主题年,为我国农村旅游的发展起到推波助澜的作用。近年来,长安营乡通过发展乡村旅游,在基础设施的改善,农民收入的增加,农民素质的提升等方面取得较好的成绩。由于当地政府财政基础相对薄弱,并缺乏对当地旅游业合理的引导和管理,自发式和粗犷式的开发模式导致长安营乡旅游特色不突出、旅游人才缺乏、服务水平低、旅游产品缺乏规模效应等问题,这些问题从根本上制约了长安营乡的旅游发展。论文在进行大量的文献分析和实地考察研究的基础上,对长安营乡旅游发展进行了分析和探讨。论文共分五章：第一章,绪论。结合社会现实,阐述论文的研究背景及研究意义,归纳了国外学者在乡村旅游领域研究的主要问题,总结了我国学者在乡村旅游发展研究中的研究成果,对搜集的文献进行梳理、统计与分析。提出了论文运用的研究方法及论文研究的主要内容。第二章,介绍了城步县长安营乡旅游发展的条件与现状。第三章,综合运用学术界常用的SWOT分析法,从不同的角度对长安营乡旅游发展的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战进行分析。第四章,在系统分析研究的基础上,从突出地方旅游特色、合理进行旅游规划、强化旅游宣传、旅游开发与环境保护等方面提出了长安营乡旅游发展的对策和建议。第五章,结语。对论文的主要内容进行回顾与总结。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in China, the deterioration of the urban environment, road congestion, the gap between the rich and the poor, population density, employment pressure and other problems have emerged as the times require. People living in the city begin to yearn to stay away from the noise and prosperity of the city and to release the pressure and psychological depression in their hearts. Close to nature, return to nature is the most ideal pursuit. Changanying Township, Chengbu Miao Autonomous County, Hunan Province is located at the junction of Hunan Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region. The natural scenery in the territory is magnificent, the products are peculiar and rare, the local customs are rich, the national culture is ancient and simple, the history is long and magical, is the city people experience the countryside culture, the experience countryside life, the leisure vacation the perfect place, It provides a good practice space for the pastoral life that the city people yearn for. At the same time, it also brings new opportunities for the development of local tourism. Many cases have shown that tourism is an effective way to change poverty, boost the economy and solve the problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" in poor areas. In 2011, the World Tourism Organization will "Tourism-eradicate poverty," The motive force of job creation and social harmony "is chosen as the slogan of World Tourism Day, which further illustrates the positive effect of tourism on social development." The National Tourism Administration has also launched a series of theme years on rural tourism, which contributes to the development of rural tourism in China. In recent years, through the development of rural tourism, Changanying Township has made good achievements in the improvement of infrastructure, the increase of farmers' income and the improvement of farmers' quality. Due to the relatively weak financial foundation of local government and the lack of reasonable guidance and management of local tourism, the spontaneous and rugged mode of development leads to the lack of tourism characteristics, the lack of tourism talents and the low level of service in Changanying Township. The lack of scale effect of tourism products has fundamentally restricted the tourism development of Changanying Township. On the basis of a lot of literature analysis and field investigation, the paper analyzes and discusses the tourism development of Changanying Township. The thesis is divided into five chapters: chapter one, introduction. Combined with the social reality, this paper expounds the research background and significance of the thesis, sums up the main problems of foreign scholars in the field of rural tourism, and summarizes the research results of Chinese scholars in the research of rural tourism development. Combing, statistics and analysis of the collected documents. The research methods and the main contents of the thesis are put forward. The second chapter introduces the conditions and present situation of tourism development in Changanying Township of Chengbu County. The third chapter synthetically uses the SWOT analysis method commonly used in academia to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of tourism development in Changanying Township from different angles. The fourth chapter, on the basis of systematic analysis and research, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the tourism development of ChangAnying Township from the aspects of highlighting the local tourism characteristics, rationally carrying out tourism planning, strengthening tourism propaganda, tourism development and environmental protection, etc. Chapter V, conclusion. The main contents of the paper are reviewed and summarized.
