供需视角下的乡村旅游政策研究

【摘要】：乡村旅游是连接城市和乡村的桥梁,有助于物质资源和文化资源在城乡间流动,缩小城乡差距,优化农业产业结构,推动广大乡村地区的经济、社会、环境和文化事业的可持续发展。政策在乡村旅游发展的过程中所发挥的重要作用是不言而喻的,我国为了发展好乡村旅游,制定了一系列的我国的乡村旅游政策,而这些政策是否满足了乡村旅游的发展需求是不容忽视问题。那么,当前我国乡村旅游的政策需求有哪些,政策供给是否满足了政策需求,还需要做哪些调整,这些都是本文所要研究的问题。本文共分为六章,第一章为绪论,介绍了论文的选题背景、研究意义、目的与方法,并对国内外研究成果和实践概况进行了梳理。第二章为相关概念和理论介绍,对供求理论、政策工具、乡村旅游和乡村旅游政策等进行了较为详细的介绍,为后文论述的展开做铺垫。第三章为我国乡村旅游发展中的政策变迁,介绍了我国乡村旅游政策发展经历的四个阶段,以及政策变迁背后乡村旅游地位的提升、政府角色的转变、农村产业结构的转型、农村传统文化的凸显以及农民角色的转换。第四章是对乡村旅游政策的多元性分析,主要包括乡村旅游政策工具、乡村旅游政策供给主体、乡村旅游需求主体、乡村旅游政策制定目标进行了多元性分析。第五章为我国乡村旅游政策的供需现状与优化建议,从供需理论的角度分析了当前我国乡村旅游政策存在的问题,并提出了相应的优化建议。最后一章是对全文主要观点的回顾,以及对本文可能存在的问题的梳理和对将来乡村旅游政策发展的展望。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism is a bridge connecting cities and villages. It helps material and cultural resources flow between urban and rural areas, reduces the gap between urban and rural areas, optimizes the agricultural industrial structure, and promotes the economy and society of rural areas. Sustainable development of environmental and cultural undertakings. It is self-evident that policy plays an important role in the development of rural tourism. In order to develop rural tourism, China has formulated a series of rural tourism policies. Whether these policies meet the development needs of rural tourism is a problem that can not be ignored. Then, what is the policy demand of rural tourism in our country, whether the policy supply meets the policy demand, and what adjustments should be made? these are all the problems to be studied in this paper. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background, significance, purpose and method of the thesis, and summarizes the domestic and foreign research results and practice. The second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical introduction, the supply and demand theory, policy tools, rural tourism and rural tourism policy are introduced in detail. The third chapter is the policy changes in the development of rural tourism in China. It introduces the four stages of the development of rural tourism policy in China, as well as the promotion of the status of rural tourism, the transformation of the role of the government, and the transformation of the rural industrial structure. Rural traditional culture and the transformation of the role of farmers. The fourth chapter analyzes the diversity of rural tourism policy, including rural tourism policy tools, rural tourism policy supply, rural tourism demand, rural tourism policy formulation objectives. The fifth chapter analyzes the problems existing in the rural tourism policy of our country from the point of view of supply and demand theory, and puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions. The last chapter is a review of the main points of view of the full text, as well as the possible problems in this paper and the prospect of the future development of rural tourism policy.
