基于游客满意度的开封书店街历史文化街区旅游开发研究

【摘要】:随着旅游者文化品位的不断提升,人们旅游的内在需求也逐渐变成了对精神文化享受的追求。作为重要的文化资源的历史街区,吸引着越来越多的游客来休闲游览。开封书店街是我国唯一一条以书店命名的街道,有着独特的书籍文化和丰富的历史底蕴,2010年,开封市把书店街及其周边的相应环境划分为历史文化街区,并要把它打造成高水平、高标准的特色历史文化街区。 通过对游客属性的分析,得出游客的客源几乎为本省居民,而且来此街区旅游的大多数为35岁以下的年龄段,,以学生为主,购物花费基本上在100元以下,多是选择周末或公共假期与同学、朋友、家人结伴游览,获取书店街的信息多是从亲友处得知,很少是通过网络或者旅行社。 借鉴其他游客满意度的理论模型,根据开封书店街历史文化街区的特点,文章构建了文化氛围、购物、基础设施、餐饮住宿、服务管理、娱乐、景观环境等7个因子39项影响游客满意度的评价因素。通过数据均值分析计算出书店街历史街区的满意度,为3.41,折合成百分制是68.2,满意度一般。运用IPA分析法分别对影响因子和因素进行分析,发现书店街历史文化街区历史文化氛围、购物这2个因子的重要性和表现性都良好,需要继续保持,但是购物的价格需要改善。需要重点改进的方面为基础设施和餐饮住宿这两个因子,基础设施中尤其是卫生状况、公共休息设施、治安状况、噪音和拥挤程度、卫生间等公共卫生设施、通讯银行等基础设施等因素以及餐饮住宿中的餐饮价格、餐饮卫生、就餐环境和景区内特色住宿等因素需要重点改善;服务管理和娱乐属于现阶段游客不是很看重的因子,可以暂缓考虑和开发,但是这些因子的开发也是吸引游客的资源,从分析中可以看出,这项因子中最需要改进的是娱乐场所的价格。 根据书店街历史文化街区游客属性、游客满意度各因子、各因素的分析结果,发现书店街历史文化街区旅游发展现在存在的问题:宣传工作严重欠缺、基础设施滞后,服务管理水平不高、业态结构不合理、餐饮服务质量不高,缺少特色住宿等。文章对此提出了针对性的对策:借助开封“一河二街三秀”旅游名片,建立官方网站、开展特定主题活动等途径加大书店街历史街区对外宣传力度;通过增加公共设施、实施书店街步行化等改善书店街历史街区基础设施;通过完善解说和咨询服务系统提升服务管理水平;紧抓书店街定位,突出街区主题文化,更新街区业态;增加娱乐项目,发展特色小吃、特色住宿,留住游客。
[Abstract]:With the constant improvement of tourists' cultural taste, people's inherent demand for tourism has gradually become the pursuit of spiritual and cultural enjoyment. As an important cultural resource, the historic district attracts more and more tourists to visit. Kaifeng Bookstore Street is the only street named after bookstore in our country. It has unique book culture and rich historical details. In 2010, Kaifeng divided the bookstore street and its surrounding environment into historical and cultural blocks. And to build it into a high level, high standards of characteristic historical and cultural blocks. Through the analysis of tourist attributes, it is concluded that the tourist resources of the tourists are almost residents of the province, and most of the tourists coming to this block are under 35 years of age, mainly students, and the spending on shopping is basically under 100 yuan. Most of them choose weekends or public holidays to visit together with classmates, friends and family, and get more information about bookstore street from relatives and friends, rarely through the Internet or travel agencies. According to the characteristics of the historical and cultural district of Kaifeng Bookstore Street, the article constructs the cultural atmosphere, shopping, infrastructure, catering and accommodation, service management, entertainment, and so on. Landscape environment, 7 factors and 39 factors affecting tourist satisfaction evaluation factors. Through the analysis of the average value of the data, the satisfaction degree of the historic block of bookstore street is calculated, which is 3.41, and the equivalent percent system is 68.2, and the satisfaction degree is general. Using IPA analysis method to analyze the influence factors and factors, it is found that the historical and cultural atmosphere of the historic and cultural blocks in the bookstore street, the importance and performance of these two factors are good and need to be maintained, but the price of shopping needs to be improved. The two factors that need to be improved are infrastructure and catering accommodation, especially sanitation, public rest facilities, public order, noise and overcrowding, public health facilities such as bathrooms, etc. Factors such as infrastructure, such as communications banks, as well as catering prices, food hygiene, dining environment and characteristic accommodation in scenic spots, need to be improved; service management and entertainment are factors that tourists do not value very much at this stage. The development of these factors is also a resource to attract tourists. From the analysis, we can see that the most important factor is the price of entertainment places. According to the analysis results of tourist attributes, tourist satisfaction factors and factors in the historical and cultural block of bookstore street, it is found that there are some problems in the tourism development of the historic and cultural district of bookstore street: serious lack of propaganda work, lagged infrastructure, etc. Service management level is not high, business structure is unreasonable, catering service quality is not high, lack of characteristic accommodation and so on. The article puts forward some countermeasures: with the help of Kaifeng's "one River, two streets, three Show" tourist cards, establish official website, carry out specific thematic activities and other ways to increase the publicity of the historical block of bookstore street, and increase the public facilities, To improve the infrastructure of the historic block of bookstore street through the implementation of walking of bookstore street; to improve the level of service management by improving the interpretation and consulting service system; to focus on the positioning of bookstore street, to highlight the theme culture of the block, to update the business status of the block; to increase the number of entertainment items; Develop special snacks, special accommodation, and retain tourists.
