【摘要】：20世纪80年代，随着我国社会经济发展、城市化进程加快，面对不断加快的生活节奏和不断增大的工作压力，城市居民逐渐开始关注精神文化消费需求；农家乐旅游作为一种新兴的旅游形式应运而生。遂昌县作为全国生态县，有着良好的农家乐旅游发展环境，拥有山水、生态环境、历史文化等丰富的旅游资源，当地政府将发展旅游业作为富民强县的战略举措，创新政策扶持，完善体制机制，近几年来农家乐旅游取得了较长足的发展。然而，在农家乐旅游经营管理过程中，，也暴露出了不少问题，如：农家乐发展层次低，产业链短；农家乐管理不够规范；基础设施薄弱，规模小；文化融合不够明显。本文以浙江省遂昌县为研究对象，运用利益相关者理论、产权理论、可持续发展理论，采取理论结合案例研究的方法，对遂昌县农家乐旅游的环境、资源、现状、经营模式、经营特色和存在问题等进行分析，从而探讨遂昌县农家乐经营管理对策。遂昌丰富的自然生态资源为农家乐开创了条件，进一步发展农家乐旅游不仅可以促进遂昌旅游发展，也可以为新农村建设课题拓展思路。全文共由四部分组成，第一部分介绍研究背景、目的意义、方法思路、国内外研究现状及农家乐旅游经营影响因素；第二部分介绍理论基础及农家乐旅游的概念、分类及发展意义；第三部分介绍遂昌县农家乐旅游发展现状、资源、类型、特色、经营模式及存在问题；第四部分针对存在问题提出对策。通过研究，本文从遂昌县实际出发，针对性提出政府引导，规范旅游市场管理；市场化运作，发挥市场主体优势；规模化经营，打造农家乐综合体；规范化经营，打造生态品牌。
[Abstract]:In the 1980s, with the development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization, urban residents began to pay attention to the consumption demand of spiritual culture in the face of the accelerating pace of life and increasing pressure of work. As a new form of tourism, Nongjiale tourism emerged as the times require. As a national ecological county, Suichang County has a good environment for the development of Nongjiale tourism, rich tourist resources such as mountains and rivers, ecological environment, history and culture. The local government regards the development of tourism as a strategic measure to enrich the people and strong counties. Innovation policy support, perfect system mechanism, in recent years Nongjiale tourism has made considerable progress. However, in the process of management of Nongjiale tourism, many problems have been exposed, such as: low level of development of Nongjiale, short industrial chain; substandard management of Nongjiale; weak infrastructure and small scale; insufficient cultural integration. This paper takes Suichang County of Zhejiang Province as the research object, applies stakeholder theory, property right theory, sustainable development theory, and adopts the method of combining theory with case study to study the environment, resources, present situation and management mode of agricultural tourism in Suichang County. The management characteristics and problems are analyzed, and the management countermeasures of Nongjiale in Suichang County are discussed. The abundant natural ecological resources of Suichang create conditions for Nongjiale. Further development of Nongjiale tourism can not only promote the development of Suichang tourism, but also expand the train of thought for the new rural construction project. The paper is composed of four parts. The first part introduces the research background, the purpose, the significance, the method idea, the domestic and foreign research situation and the influence factor of the Nongjiale tourism management, the second part introduces the theoretical foundation and the concept of the Nongjiale tourism. The third part introduces the present situation, resources, types, characteristics, management mode and existing problems of Nongjiale Tourism in Suichang County. Based on the research, this paper, based on the actual situation of Suichang County, puts forward the government guidance to standardize the tourism market management, the market-oriented operation to give full play to the market main advantages, the large-scale management, the construction of the Nongjiale complex, the standardization of the management, Create an ecological brand.
