“全域旅游”视阙下的京津冀旅游公共服务发展研究

【摘要】：随着京津冀区域协同发展上升到国家战略层面,京津冀旅游公共服务的全域发展将面临巨大的机遇和挑战。文章以京津冀为研究区域,从"全域旅游"的视角,综合分析京津冀旅游公共服务全域发展的困境,提出了实现京津冀旅游公共服务全域发展的建议:全面构建开放共享的旅游公共服务全域发展环境;构建京津冀旅游公共服务全域发展的多中心治理模式;促进京津冀旅游公共服务体系建设的全域发展;提升京津冀旅游公共服务质量水平。
[Abstract]:With the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to the national strategic level, the global development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei tourism public service will face enormous opportunities and challenges. Taking Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as the research area, this paper comprehensively analyzes the predicament of the development of the public service of tourism in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from the perspective of "global tourism". The paper puts forward some suggestions to realize the global development of tourism public services in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei: to construct an open and shared environment for the development of tourism public services, to construct a multi-center governance model for the global development of tourism public services in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei; To promote the development of tourism public service system in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and to improve the quality of tourism public service in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
