商丘古城文化旅游产业发展研究

【摘要】:文化作为一种产业,本身具有巨大的经济意义,文化的价值,不仅仅表现在意识形态方面,还非常突出地表现在经济方面。当今时代,现代科学技术,尤其是信息技术的突飞猛进日新月异,为文化产品和服务的实现提供了前所未有的便利。而文化旅游产业的经济意义和对社会生产力的推动作用变得越来越突出。商丘古城是明清时期归德府城,位于商丘市睢阳区城区西南部,是全国重点文物保护单位、国家4A级风景区、国家水利风景区。现存的地上古城始建于明朝正德六年(1511年),距今已有500余年的历史,是中国保存最为完好的古城之一。1986年,商丘古城经国务院批准为中国历史文化名城,1996年被列入全国重点文物保护单位。中华上下五千年史诗般的文明进程中,一座小小的城,不仅没有缺位过,而且自始至终立体地呈现为一条清晰、坚韧而又无比活跃的历史生长线。2006年,商丘市紧紧围绕创4A景区工作,投资4700万元对古城旅游区进行开发建设,完善各项软硬件设施,景区面貌有了很大改观。同时,还利用各级媒体,加大对古城旅游区的宣传,并参加各种形式的旅游推介活动,提升知名度和美誉度,制定优惠政策吸引国内外游客前来观光。据了解,2012年共接待国际游客906人(次),旅游收入111.98万元,分别比2011年增长40.6%和11.3%;国内游客133.26万人(次),旅游收入11429.65万元,分别比2011年增长11.3%和35.6%。 该文通过分析商丘古城文化旅游产业的发展现状,针对商丘古城在旅游管理机制、经营机制、发展旅游产业认知方面存在的问题,建议商丘古城文化旅游产业的发展既要注重保护,又要以文化为依托,注重品牌发展和资源利用。
[Abstract]:As a kind of industry, culture itself has great economic significance. The value of culture is not only manifested in ideology, but also in economy. Nowadays, the rapid development of modern science and technology, especially information technology, provides unprecedented convenience for the realization of cultural products and services. The economic significance of cultural tourism industry and the promotion of social productivity have become more and more prominent. The ancient city of Shangqiu, located in the southwest of Suiyang District of Shangqiu City in Ming and Qing dynasties, is a national key cultural relic protection unit, a national 4A class scenic spot and a national water conservancy scenic spot. The existing aboveground ancient city was built in the Ming Dynasty Zhengde six years (1511), has a history of more than 500 years, is one of the best preserved ancient cities in China. 1986, Shangqiu ancient city was approved by the State Council as a famous historical and cultural city in China and was listed as a national key cultural relic protection unit in 1996. In the course of five thousand years of epic civilization in China, a small city, not only has not been absent, but has been presented as a clear, tough and extremely active historical growth line from beginning to end. Shangqiu City closely revolves around creating 4A scenic spot, invests 47 million Yuan to carry on the development and construction to the ancient city tourist area, consummates the various hardware and software facilities, the scenic spot appearance has greatly improved. At the same time, the media at all levels are also used to increase the publicity of the ancient city tourist area, and to participate in various forms of tourism promotion activities, enhance the popularity and reputation, and formulate preferential policies to attract domestic and foreign tourists to sightseeing. A total of 906 international tourists were received in 2012, with an income of 1.1198 million yuan, up 40.6 percent and 11.3 percent, respectively, compared with 2011, while 1.3326 million domestic tourists received 114.2965 million yuan, up 11.3 percent and 35.6 percent, respectively, compared with 2011. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the cultural tourism industry in Shangqiu ancient city, this paper aims at the problems existing in the tourism management mechanism, management mechanism and cognition of the development of the tourism industry in Shangqiu ancient city. It is suggested that the development of cultural tourism industry in Shangqiu ancient city should not only pay attention to protection, but also pay attention to brand development and resource utilization.
