官鹅沟景区与当地乡村社区共生发展研究

【摘要】：本文选取官鹅沟景区及周边社区为研究对象,基于共生理论的视角对景区及周边社区的关系进行研究,通过理论研究和实地调研相结合的方法收集资料,分析官鹅沟景区与周边社区共生发展。首先,通过梳理国内外景区与社区共生发展的理论及研究综述,了解关于景区与社区共生发展理论的研究现状;另外,对英国和中国九寨沟景区与社区发展的案例进行研究,总结出典型案例的成功点和存在的问题,以供本文研究对象的借鉴;其次,通过实地调研的方式,对官鹅沟景区和周边8个社区的居民发放了问卷并进行了访谈,了解景区管理处管理者和8个社区居民对官鹅沟景区发展和周边社区发展的态度,以及景区和社区在发展过程中出现的问题;再次,对官鹅沟景区与周边社区居民共生发展的现状、共生发展的问题及原因进行了分析;最后,针对官鹅沟景区与周边社区共生发展出现的问题提出相对应的建议。官鹅沟景区与周边乡村社区在共生发展中出现如下问题:(1)景区管理体系相对落后,缺乏可持续的生态规划;(2)景区与社区缺乏沟通机制,致使二者产生矛盾冲突;(3)景区与社区发展不均衡,社区不能分享景区收益;(4)社区参与度低,阻碍景区与社区共生发展;(5)社区自身发展能力不足。本文提出如下建议:(1)构建社区共管机制,完善景区管理制度;(2)拓宽沟通渠道,健全法律制度;(3)促进景区与社区均衡发展,建立景区—社区利益共享机制;(4)加强社区参与意识,保障社区居民合法权益;(5)加强社区管理,提升居民素质,挖掘社区文化内涵。
[Abstract]:This paper selects Guanyigou scenic area and surrounding community as the research object, based on the symbiosis theory angle of view to study the relationship between scenic area and surrounding communities, through the combination of theoretical research and field research methods to collect data. Analysis of Guanyigou scenic spot and the surrounding community symbiotic development. First of all, through combing the theory and research summary of the symbiotic development of scenic spots and communities at home and abroad, to understand the current research situation of the theory of symbiotic development between scenic spots and communities; in addition, to study the cases of Jiuzhaigou scenic spots and community development in Britain and China. The successful points and existing problems of typical cases are summarized in order to provide reference for the research object. Secondly, through field research, the residents of Guanyigou scenic area and the surrounding 8 communities are given out questionnaires and interviews. To understand the attitude of the administrators of the Scenic Management Office and the residents of the eight communities towards the development of the Guanyigou Scenic area and the surrounding communities, as well as the problems in the development process of the Scenic spot and the Community; thirdly, This paper analyzes the present situation of the symbiotic development of Guanyigou scenic area and the surrounding community residents, the problems and reasons of the symbiotic development. Finally, the corresponding suggestions are put forward for the problems of the co-existence development between the Guanyigou scenic spot and the surrounding community. The problems in the symbiotic development of Guanyigou scenic area and surrounding rural communities are as follows: (1) the management system of the scenic spot is relatively backward, and the sustainable ecological planning is lacking; (2) the communication mechanism between the scenic area and the community is lacking. Cause the two conflicts; (3) the development of scenic spots and communities is not balanced, the community can not share the benefits of scenic areas; (4) low community participation, hinder the development of scenic and community symbiotic; (5) lack of community development capacity. The following suggestions are put forward in this paper: (1) constructing community management mechanism and perfecting scenic spot management system; (2) widening communication channels and perfecting legal system; (3) promoting the balanced development of scenic area and community, establishing the mechanism of sharing scenic area and community benefit; (4) strengthening community participation consciousness, (5) strengthening community management, improving residents' quality and excavating the connotation of community culture.
