赤峰市“农家乐”旅游发展问题研究

【摘要】：国家大力推进农村的城镇化步伐,使得城镇人口所占的比逐渐的增大,人们选择"农家乐"旅游进行休闲已经成为一种时尚,农家乐旅游作为一种新型业态形式,一方面将新的活力注入到农业的发展中来,另一方面将新的发展空间在旅游业的发展中拓展开来,带来的市场潜力是巨大的。赤峰市"农家乐"之所以在这么短的时间有了快速的发展就是因为有其得天独厚的资源优势,然而,对这种新兴的旅游产业,各地均未有专业的人员去指导,政府也缺少配套的措施及玻策支持,因此各地的农家乐旅游经营模式中普遍存在服务质量不高、旅游产品单一并且缺乏特色等的一系列问题,还有就是没有正确的引导,使得农家乐旅游整体水平不高,问题层出不穷,如;基础配套设施不够健全:乱开价服务水平差:经营缺乏系统的营销;经营项目没有新意;政府缺少必要的规划,一些经营者的盲目性导致了行业的无序管理现象;因此,解决这些问题是促进赤峰市"农家乐"旅游发展的首要问题,迫在眉睫。本研究主要是以"农家乐"旅游的概念作为切入点,总结了前人的观点,为论文具有实际意义本人进行了实际的调研,从了解游客的需求入手,主要通过问卷调查的形式在赤峰市随机抽取了 130位来农家乐旅游的游客进行了问卷调查,并对一些"农家乐"经营者进行访谈及与旅游局的相关部门工作人员进行深入交谈,深入各旗县地区了解了一些"农家乐"旅游点详细发展现状,并对近现阶段赤峰市"农家乐"旅游业不断扩大和发展中产生的问题进行简单的的调查分析。利用SWOT分析模型讨论了赤峰市"农家乐"旅游发展的优势和劣势、机会和威胁。并结合实际就如何发展"农家乐"旅游业,带动赤峰旅游业的发展并有利于促进农业的发展,有针对性为赤峰市"农家乐"旅游业可持续发展提出了一些相关政策。
[Abstract]:The country vigorously promotes the pace of urbanization in rural areas, making the proportion of urban population increase gradually. It has become a fashion for people to choose "farm family music" tourism for leisure. As a new form of business form, the new vitality is injected into the development of agriculture on the one hand, and on the other hand, the new development space is made in tourism. The development of the industry has been expanded and the market potential is huge. The reason why the "farm music" in Chifeng has developed rapidly in such a short time is because of its unique resources advantage. However, there are no professional staff to guide the new tourism industry, and the government is short of supporting measures and Bose branches. Therefore, there are a series of problems in the mode of agricultural tourism management in various places, such as poor quality of service, single tourism products and lack of characteristics, and there is no correct guidance, which makes the overall level of rural tourism tourism not high, such as the basic supporting facilities are not perfect: the poor service level of the disordered service: Management There is no systematic marketing; the management project is not new, the government lacks the necessary planning, and the blindness of some operators leads to the disorder management of the industry. Therefore, it is urgent to solve these problems, which is the first problem to promote the development of "farm family music" in Chifeng. This study mainly takes the concept of "farm music" as the breakthrough point, In this paper, the author makes a practical research on the actual significance of the paper. Starting with the needs of the tourists, the questionnaire survey was conducted in Chifeng City, and the questionnaire survey was carried out in Chifeng city. Some of the "farmers" operators were interviewed and related to the Tourism Bureau. The Department staff carried on the in-depth conversation, deeply understood the detailed development status of some "farm music" tourist spots in every county area, and carried out a simple investigation and Analysis on the problems arising from the continuous expansion and development of the tourism industry of "farm family music" in Chifeng at the present stage. The advantage of the SWOT analysis model was used to discuss the advantages of the tourism development of "farmhouse music" in Chifeng. Potential and disadvantages, opportunities and threats, and how to develop "farm music" tourism, promote the development of tourism in Chifeng and promote the development of agriculture, and put forward some relevant policies for the sustainable development of "farm music" tourism in Chifeng.
