新疆旅游业与城镇化协调发展研究

【摘要】：城镇化是保持经济持续健康发展的强大引擎,是加快产业结构转型升级的重要抓手。随着新疆旅游业的快速发展,人民生活水平的提高,旅游业与城镇化的协调发展是现如今需要研究的问题。通过对新疆旅游业与城镇化的横向比较、纵向发展的分析,得出新疆旅游资源丰富,旅游产业收入增长明显,在空间上形成了以乌鲁木齐市作为集散中心、向各景区辐射带动的格局,但因其自身设施条件,旅游规模很难形成长期聚集态势。新疆城镇分布分散、布局不均衡,呈现出“东高西低、北高南低”的特征和“自上而下型”、绿洲特点的城市体系。两者之间的互动关系主要表现在:1、旅游业对城镇化的影响主要表现出旅游业发展促进经济收入增长、优化产业结构调整;增加就业岗位,促进社会发展和外汇收入的增加;旅游活动转变居民休闲方式。2、城镇化发展对旅游业的影响主要体现在城镇化促进旅游地基础设施建设和社会服务的发展,有利于旅游地生态坏境的改善。通过对新疆旅游业与城镇化发展的相关数据利用系统耦合的方法分析,结果显示,其中动态分析显示2005年新疆属于中度失调发展类城镇化综合水平发展损益型,2006年以后出现了勉强协调发展类城镇化综合水平发展滞后型的协调发展类型,2010年开始,旅游业与城镇化综合水平快速发展,转变为中度协调发展类城镇化综合水平发展滞后性的的发展类型,2011年至2012年表现的发展类型为良好协调发展类城镇化综合水平发展滞后性,2013年是城镇化综合指数和旅游业发展指数协调发展度最高,综合评价类型属于良好协调发展类城镇化综合水平和旅游经济发展同步型,2014年新疆城镇化综合水平快速发展处于良好协调发展类旅游经济滞后性。通过空间分析2014年份新疆14个地州市的发展指标看出,新疆具有5A级景区的各个地州的旅游业发展水平较高,表现为小城镇自然风光型发展水平高于城市观光型旅游。天山北坡经济带各地州为城镇化发展水平最高的地区。本文通过汇总发展中存在的问题提出了相关对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is a powerful engine for sustained and healthy economic development and an important hand in accelerating the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure. With the rapid development of tourism and the improvement of people's living standard, the harmonious development of tourism and urbanization is a problem that needs to be studied. Through the horizontal comparison between tourism and urbanization in Xinjiang and the analysis of its vertical development, it is concluded that Xinjiang is rich in tourism resources and the income of tourism industry is increasing obviously, and Urumqi is taken as the center of distribution and distribution in space. The pattern of radiating and driving to each scenic spot, but because of its own facility condition, the tourism scale is difficult to form the long-term gathering situation. The distribution of cities and towns in Xinjiang is scattered and uneven, showing the characteristics of "east high and west low, north high and south low" and "top-down" and oasis. The influence of tourism on urbanization mainly shows that the development of tourism promotes the growth of economic income, optimizes the adjustment of industrial structure, increases employment, promotes social development and the increase of foreign exchange income. Tourism activities change the residents leisure mode. 2. The impact of urbanization on tourism is mainly reflected in urbanization to promote the development of tourism infrastructure and social services, which is conducive to the improvement of the bad ecological environment of tourist destinations. Based on the analysis of the coupling method between tourism industry and urbanization development in Xinjiang, the results show that, The dynamic analysis shows that Xinjiang belongs to the comprehensive level of urbanization development profit and loss type in 2005. After 2006, there appeared the coordinated development type of the comprehensive level of urbanization development lagged in the category of barely coordinated development, which began in 2010. The comprehensive level of tourism and urbanization is developing rapidly. From 2011 to 2012, the development type of urbanization in the category of moderate coordinated development shows lag in the development of comprehensive level of urbanization. In 2013, it is the comprehensive index of urbanization, and the development type of comprehensive level of urbanization in the category of well-coordinated development is that of good coordination of development of the comprehensive level of urbanization in 2011 and 2012. And the tourism development index has the highest degree of coordinated development, The comprehensive evaluation type belongs to the comprehensive level of urbanization with good coordination development and the synchronous development of tourism economy. In 2014, the rapid development of comprehensive level of urbanization in Xinjiang is in the lag of tourism economy of good coordination development. Through the spatial analysis of the development indexes of 14 cities and towns in Xinjiang in 2014, it can be seen that the tourism development level of the prefectures with 5A grade scenic spots in Xinjiang is relatively high, which shows that the development level of natural scenery type in small towns is higher than that of sightseeing tourism in cities and towns. Tianshan North Slope economic belt all over the state for the highest level of urbanization development in the region. This paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions by summarizing the problems existing in the development.
