QJ温泉度假村发展战略研究

【摘要】:论文从温泉度假行业快速发展期过后,需要及时进行发展战略研究的角度,以Q.J温泉度假村发展沿革为研究背景,结合本行业特点,对行业的发展现状进行分析,运用战略管理理论和战略研究模型,对QJ温泉度假村所处的外部宏观环境、行业竞争态势进行全面分析,同时对企业内部资源状况进行评价,并通过运用PEEST模型、SWOT方法、波特五力分析模型等,通过综合分析找出QJ温泉度假村的外部环境存在机会和威胁,企业内部的优势和劣势,对企业面临的机会和威胁、具有的优势和劣势进行战略匹配,给出QJ温泉度假村可采取的战略方案和战略规划的建议。明确QJ温泉度假村依靠自身企业的优势和资源优势,未来发展战略的重点。同时,为保证战略目标的完成,提出QJ温泉度假村发展战略的实施保障措施。 论文研究认为,QJ温泉度假村持续发展的研究,须以制定适合企业发展的战略为思路,优化管理组织结构,围绕具体的发展战略目标,从管理控制模式,人力资源管理,优质品牌,信息化建设和企业文化与商业实践出发,最后提出了发展战略规划建议,供企业管理者决策参考。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of the rapid development period of hot spring vacation industry, the paper takes the development history of Q.J hot spring resort as the research background, combined with the characteristics of the industry, analyzes the current situation of the development of the industry. Based on the strategic management theory and strategic research model, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the external macro environment and industry competition situation of QJ Hot Spring Resort, and evaluates the internal resource situation of the enterprise, and applies the PEEST model to the SWOT method. Through the comprehensive analysis, we find out the opportunities and threats in the external environment of QJ Hot Spring Resort, the strengths and weaknesses within the enterprises, the opportunities and threats faced by the enterprises, the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises, and the strategic matching of the strengths and weaknesses of the QJ hot spring resorts. The strategic plan and strategic plan of QJ Hot Spring Resort are given. Clear QJ hot spring resorts rely on their own advantages and resource advantages, the focus of future development strategy. At the same time, in order to ensure the completion of strategic objectives, put forward the implementation of QJ hot spring resort development strategy safeguard measures. The paper thinks that the research on the sustainable development of QJ hot spring resort should take the strategy suitable for the development of the enterprise as the train of thought, optimize the management organization structure, and focus on the specific development strategy goal, from the management control mode, the human resources management. Starting from the high quality brand, information construction, corporate culture and business practice, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the development strategy planning for the decision making of enterprise managers.
