中国铁路旅行社运营管理对策研究

【摘要】:旅游业是一项经济性的产业。它利用旅游资源和设施,招徕、接待旅游者,为旅游者提供交通、游览、餐饮、住宿、购物、文化娱乐等综合性服务。 中国旅游业虽然起步较晚,但随着我国经济的持续快速发展得以迅速发展。现已成为国民经济的重要产业,未来将成为我国国民经济的战略性支柱产业和人民群众更加满意的现代服务业。 多年来,中国铁路旅行社作为中国铁路旅游业的重要纽带和游客组织者,在市场经济环境下,依靠铁路优势,不断深化改革,规范企业管理,推进产品创新,促进企业规模和效益显著提升,企业活力和竞争力大大增强,为中国铁路、为中国旅游业的大发展做出了应有的贡献。 然而,面对我国及世界旅游活动蓬勃发展的新形势,铁路旅行社如同社会其他企业一样,既面临着难得的发展机遇,也面临着可持续发展的挑战。特别是面对当前如此竞争激烈的旅游市场环境,铁路旅行社要想生存发展,就必须正确地分析形势,明确方向,把握机遇,积极应对。特别是要不断加强旅行社的运营管理。因为生产运营系统的效率高低和效果好坏,即运营管理水平的高低,往往决定着企业的实力和竞争力。 因此,本文提出以加强企业运营管理为管理铁路旅行社的抓手,通过分析我国铁路旅行社运营管理的现状,找出旅行社在产品开发设计、产品销售、产品采购、旅游接待、品牌建设,包括企业信息化管理中存在的问题及形成原因,运用运营管理、旅行社管理等理论,结合铁路旅行社实际,从制定生产运营战略,做好生产运营工作,做好与生产运营配套的综合管理工作,以及从管理思想、组织领导等方面,对加强铁路旅行社的运营管理提出对策。 期望通过加强铁路旅行社的运营管理,把中国铁路旅行社建设成为我国旅行社行业品牌优、产品精、市场份额大、竞争力强的一流企业。
[Abstract]:Tourism is an economic industry. It uses tourism resources and facilities to attract tourists and provide comprehensive services such as transportation, sightseeing, catering, accommodation, shopping, culture and entertainment.
Although China's tourism industry started relatively late, it has developed rapidly with the sustained and rapid development of China's economy. It has become an important industry of the national economy and will become a strategic pillar industry of the national economy and a more satisfactory modern service industry for the people in the future.
Over the years, China Railway Travel Service, as an important link and tourist organizer of China's Railway Tourism industry, has been relying on the advantages of the railway industry in the market economy environment to deepen reform, standardize enterprise management, promote product innovation, promote enterprise scale and efficiency, greatly enhance the vitality and competitiveness of enterprises, for China's railway, for China's tourism. The great development of tourism has made due contributions.
However, in the face of the new situation of vigorous development of tourism activities in China and the world, railway travel agencies, like other social enterprises, are facing both rare opportunities for development and challenges of sustainable development. We should analyze the situation, clarify the direction, grasp the opportunity and actively deal with it, especially strengthen the operation and management of travel agencies.
Therefore, this paper puts forward to strengthen the operation and management of enterprises as the key to the management of railway travel agencies. By analyzing the current situation of the operation and management of railway travel agencies in China, this paper finds out the problems and causes of the operation of travel agencies in product development and design, product sales, product procurement, tourism reception, brand building, including enterprise information management. Based on the theory of management, travel agency management and the reality of railway travel agency, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the operation and management of railway travel agency from the aspects of formulating production and operation strategy, doing well production and operation work, doing well comprehensive management work matching with production and operation, and from the aspects of management thought, organization and leadership.
It is hoped that through strengthening the operation and management of railway travel agencies, China Railway Travel Agency will become a first-class enterprise with excellent brand, excellent products, large market share and strong competitiveness.
