我国省级旅游门户网站影响力比较研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术及互联网的高速发展,旅游信息化成为旅游业发展的重要趋向之一。在旅游信息化发展推动下,各省级旅游行政主管部门对旅游门户网站建设的重视程度不断加大,并将其作为促进旅游目的地营销及加强旅游电子政务建设的有效平台。同时,在电子政务及网络营销背景下,网站影响力已成为网络评价的重要内容。因此,本研究通过对省级旅游门户网站影响力比较研究,探索省级旅游门户网站发展现状及目前存在的问题,并提出提升网站影响力的相关的建议,具有一定的现实意义。 本文明确了省级旅游门户网站影响力的相关概念,梳理了网络计量学理论相关内容,总结了网站影响力评估方法,并在网络计量学指标基础上构建包括省级旅游门户网站影响力横向比较、纵向比较、综合比较三个维度、用户层面和资源层面两个层面及政务网和资讯网两个具体内容的省级旅游门户网站影响力比较体系,便于更好开展省级旅游门户网站影响力比较研究。 省级旅游门户网站影响力横向比较基于共链指标,比较结果表明我国省级旅游门户网站政务网信息交流模式相似度及频繁度高于资讯网;且香港、澳门旅游网与大陆旅游网联系不密切。省级旅游门户网站影响力纵向比较基于单链指标和流量指标,比较结果表明总体上政务网及资讯网发展水平偏低,但资讯网用户层面及资源层面影响力均高于政务网。省级旅游门户网站影响力综合比较基于前两者比较指标,并根据信息熵法确定各指标权重,综合排名结果表明四川、河南、上海、安徽等网站影响力较大,,但排名先后与地方经济及社会发展水平的相关性不大;整体上我国省级旅游门户网站影响力均处于中等偏弱阶段及以下;进一步探究省级旅游门户网站影响力区域分布,各区域基本持平;选取排名靠前网站进行旅游网站特性比较表明各旅游网应加强投诉建议平台建设及页面改版升级。最后,在全文比较研究结果分析基础上,笔者分别从宏观及中微观两个尺度,包括区域旅游网站合作交流、旅游目的地网站体系优化、旅游目的地旅游电子政务完善、旅游目的地网络营销提升四个方面,提出提升省级旅游门户网站影响力的对策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and Internet, tourism informatization has become one of the important trends of tourism development. With the development of tourism information, the provincial tourism administrative departments pay more and more attention to the construction of tourism portal, and regard it as an effective platform to promote the marketing of tourism destination and strengthen the construction of tourism e-government. At the same time, under the background of e-government and internet marketing, website influence has become an important content of network evaluation. Therefore, through the comparative study of the impact of provincial tourism portals, this study explores the current situation and existing problems of provincial tourism portals, and puts forward relevant suggestions to enhance the impact of the websites, which has certain practical significance. This paper clarifies the related concepts of the influence of provincial tourism portal websites, combs the related contents of the theory of Webometrics, and summarizes the methods of evaluating the influence of the websites. And on the basis of the web-based metrology index, it includes three dimensions: horizontal comparison, vertical comparison and comprehensive comparison of the influence of provincial tourism portals. The comparative system of the impact of provincial tourism portals in terms of user level and resource level, and two specific contents of government affairs network and information network, is convenient to better carry out the comparative research on the impact of provincial tourism portals. The horizontal comparison of provincial tourism portals' influence is based on the common chain index. The results show that the similarity and frequency of the information exchange modes of the provincial tourism portals are higher than that of the information networks. Macau tourism network and the mainland travel network is not close. The vertical comparison of the impact of provincial tourism portals is based on single chain index and flow index. The results show that the development level of government affairs network and information network is on the low side, but the influence of information network user level and resource level is higher than that of government administration network. The comprehensive comparison of provincial tourism portals' influence is based on the former two comparative indexes, and the weight of each index is determined according to the information entropy method. The comprehensive ranking results show that Sichuan, Henan, Shanghai, Anhui and other websites have great influence. However, the ranking has little relevance to the level of local economic and social development; on the whole, the influence of provincial tourism portals in China is in the middle weak stage and below; further explore the regional distribution of the impact of provincial tourism portals. The comparison of the characteristics of tourism websites shows that each travel network should strengthen the construction of complaint and suggestion platform and upgrade the page. Finally, based on the analysis of the results of the full-text comparative study, the author respectively from the macro and micro scale, including regional tourism website cooperation and exchange, tourism destination website system optimization, tourism destination tourism e-government perfect. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the influence of provincial tourism portals in four aspects of the promotion of tourism destination network marketing.
