贡献、危机与挑战:性别主流化与旅游业的可持续发展

【摘要】：文章在综述文献研究成果的基础上,从宏观角度回顾全球旅游业经济贡献,分析旅游业内高度性别化的特征及其对未来可持续发展形成的危机与挑战,进而探讨旅游业性别平等和妇女赋权对于全球可持续发展和实现"千禧年目标"的重要性。针对我国在全球旅游业中的重要地位以及旅游业研究和实践过程中性别视角严重缺失的现状,提出了推动旅游业的性别主流化的可持续发展战略及措施。
[Abstract]:On the basis of summarizing the results of literature research, this paper reviews the contribution of global tourism economy from a macro perspective, and analyzes the characteristics of high gender in tourism industry and its crisis and challenge to sustainable development in the future. Further explore the importance of gender equality and women's empowerment in tourism for global sustainable development and achievement of the Millennium goals. In view of the important position of our country in the global tourism industry and the serious lack of gender perspective in tourism research and practice, this paper puts forward the sustainable development strategy and measures to promote gender mainstreaming in tourism industry.
