曲阜市旅游城镇化发展研究

【摘要】：旅游城镇化是旅游业推动城镇化发展的过程,是经济发展到一定阶段出现的一种新型城镇化方式。曲阜市是一座旅游文化名城,第三产业增加值占区域GDP总量的一半以上。旅游业是第三产业发展联系紧密,在区域经济和社会发展中发挥着重要作用,旅游业已经成为曲阜市城镇化发展的重要驱动力。本文在总结概括国内外对旅游城镇化研究的基础上,将实地研究与理论研究相结合,对曲阜市旅游城镇化发展的进程、特征、影响因素以及存在的问题进行深层次研究。首先,介绍文章的选题背景,指出论文的选题意义。归纳概括国内外旅游城镇化研究理论,总结旅游城镇化的相关概念、特征、类型、动力机制等,对旅游城镇化的内涵进行界定:旅游城镇化是以旅游业为优势产业,以景区为依托,充分发挥旅游业的带动作用,促进相关产业的融合,推动区域经济社会协调发展,实现人口、经济、地表景观、文化向城市性的转变。第二,根据旅游景点与城区位置关系,将曲阜市旅游城镇化模式划分为城区模式和乡村模式。利用经济发展水平与城镇化率的关系,将旅游业对城镇化的贡献率进行定量表征,得出近十年曲阜市旅游业发展对城镇化过程有着相当大的贡献度。回顾1979年以来曲阜市旅游业发展与经济发展状况,将曲阜市旅游城镇化进程划分为萌芽阶段、启动阶段、缓慢发展阶段和快速发展阶段。对曲阜市旅游城镇化特征进行研究,具体表现为:文化和旅游为特质的城市功能和城市性质;围绕w\0故城为核心形成的“十字”型城市空间结构;以便利的交通体系及超常规发展的酒店休闲业为主要表现的城市基础设施快速发展;第三产业在区域产业结构中扮演重要角色;当地居民的思想观念日臻与时代接轨。第三,从旅游要素的角度对曲阜市旅游城镇化发展的影响因素分析,得出曲阜市旅游城镇化的影响因素主要有资源禀赋、景区建设、旅游交通、旅游地产、旅游形象、旅游政策等方面。并通过葫芦套民俗村、尼山圣境文化旅游区、曲阜东站等实例的研究探讨影响因素对城镇化发展的影响机制。最后,结合实例总结曲阜市旅游城镇化发展中出现的问题。针对相应问题,在可持续发展为原则,以人为本为核心的要求下,从文物保护、打造旅游氛围、优化产业结构、统筹城市发展规划等方面着手提出可行对策,为促进曲阜市旅游城镇化健康持续发展提供参考思路。
[Abstract]:Tourism urbanization is the process of tourism promoting urbanization. It is a new type of urbanization that appears in a certain stage of economic development. Qufu is a famous tourist cultural city, the added value of tertiary industry accounts for more than half of the total regional GDP. Tourism is closely related to the development of the tertiary industry and plays an important role in regional economic and social development. Tourism has become an important driving force for the development of urbanization in Qufu. On the basis of summing up the research on tourism urbanization at home and abroad, this paper combines field research with theoretical research, and makes a deep study on the process, characteristics, influencing factors and existing problems of tourism urbanization development in Qufu City. First, introduce the background of the thesis and point out the significance of the topic. This paper summarizes the research theory of tourism urbanization at home and abroad, summarizes the related concepts, characteristics, types, motive mechanism and so on, defines the connotation of tourism urbanization: tourism urbanization is an industry with tourism as its advantage. Relying on the scenic spots, the tourism industry should be brought into full play, the integration of related industries should be promoted, the coordinated development of regional economy and society should be promoted, and the population, economy, surface landscape and culture should be transformed into cities. Secondly, according to the relationship between tourist attractions and urban location, Qufu tourism urbanization model is divided into urban model and rural model. By using the relationship between economic development level and urbanization rate, the contribution rate of tourism to urbanization is quantitatively characterized, and it is concluded that the development of tourism industry in Qufu city has a considerable contribution to the urbanization process in recent ten years. After reviewing the development of tourism and economy in Qufu city since 1979, the process of tourism urbanization in Qufu city is divided into three stages: budding stage, starting stage, slow developing stage and fast developing stage. The characteristics of tourism urbanization in Qufu city are studied, which are shown as follows: the urban function and nature of culture and tourism, the "cross" urban spatial structure formed around the old city. The rapid development of urban infrastructure is mainly characterized by convenient transportation system and hotel leisure industry, the tertiary industry plays an important role in the regional industrial structure, and the local residents' ideas and ideas are becoming more and more consistent with the times. Thirdly, from the perspective of tourism factors, the paper analyzes the factors affecting the development of tourism urbanization in Qufu City, and concludes that the main influencing factors of tourism urbanization in Qufu City are resource endowment, scenic spot construction, tourism traffic, tourism real estate, tourism image. Tourism policy, etc. The influence mechanism of influencing factors on the development of urbanization is discussed through the examples of Hulu Folk Village, Nishan Shengjing Cultural Tourism area and Qufu East Station. Finally, the paper summarizes the problems in the development of tourism urbanization in Qufu City. In view of the corresponding problems, under the request of sustainable development as principle and people-oriented as the core, feasible countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of cultural relic protection, building tourism atmosphere, optimizing industrial structure, coordinating urban development planning, etc. To promote the healthy and sustainable development of tourism urbanization in Qufu City.
