广府古城旅游景区生命周期及其影响因素研究

【摘要】:随着经济发展水平的进一步提高,出游成为“新常态”。河北省启动了2015京津冀游客游河北名镇名村游系列活动,深入挖掘历史文化名城、名镇、名村等文化内涵,重点将包括广府古城等省内知名景区建设成为河北省文化旅游精品,河北省一些古镇纷纷加大对旅游业的投入,以此来促进镇域经济的发展。近年来,广府旅游业发展势头强劲,给广府镇带来了可观的利润,广府古城旅游景区发展已取得突破性进展:该景区2013年被评为国家4A级景区,2015年通过国家5A级旅游景区景观质量评审,但该景区在发展中也存在一些问题,如:对太极文化挖掘尚浅,以太极文化为资源开发的旅游产品层次较低,游客的可参与性较差;旅游产品虽然丰富,但部分产品品质、服务水平不高:品牌营销意识淡薄:广府古城旅游景区在省外的知名度较低;景区内开发的部分旅游产品与广府古城景区主题特色相偏离……这些问题造成广府古城旅游景区在发展过程中呈现出短期效应明显,而长期发展后劲不足的特点,可能会使广府古城旅游业还未经过充分发展就迅速走向衰落,这对广府古城向更深层次发展不利。为了避免这种短期后劲不足、效应明显的现象,避免广府古城的生命周期衰落期的加速到来,对广府古城旅游景区生命周期分析,研究影响其生命周期的因素就成为当务之急。本文在前人对巴特勒旅游地生命周期理论发展研究的基础上,根据旅游地生命周期理论6阶段的阶段特征,结合广府古城旅游业的开发与保护历程,对广府古城旅游景区生命周期阶段进行定性分析,分析得出广府古城旅游景区生命周期已经历探索阶段(唐宋时期——2003年)、参与阶段(20042010年)、发展阶段(2011——至今)的发展。在此基础上,本文通过查阅文献、收集资料以及到广府古城旅游景区实地考察等,从需求、效应、环境、资源禀赋四方面着手,提取影响广府古城旅游景区生命周期的19个主要影响因素,包含:景区产品的品质、旅游地形象定位、旅游接待设施、古城原真性、交通、自然人文环境、当地居民满意度、外来投资、景区管理人员管理能力、与周边景区协调性、营销宣传力度、政府政策、社会经济条件、突发因素,广府古城建筑奇特性、历史文化、文物保护等级、名人效应、市场区位。并依据其内在关系,构建广府古城旅游景区影响因素评价结构模型,结合问卷调查,利用层次分析法对广府古城旅游景区生命周期当前阶段(发展阶段)主要影响因素的重要性进行量化、排序。由排序结果可知,从总体上看,需求因素对处于发展阶段的广府古城旅游景区生命周期的影响力最大,环境、效应因素次之,而资源禀赋最小:具体影响因素中,“旅游地形象定位”、“景区产品的品质”、“外来投资”、“自然人文环境”这四项成为影响广府古城旅游景区当前阶段的最重要因素。
[Abstract]:With the further improvement of economic development, traveling has become the "new normal". Hebei Province launched a series of activities for 2015 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei tourists visiting famous towns and villages in Hebei to dig into the cultural connotations of famous historical and cultural cities, towns and villages. The focus will include the construction of famous scenic spots in the province, such as the ancient city of Guangfu, as well as the construction of famous scenic spots in Hebei Province as the best products of cultural tourism in Hebei Province. Some ancient towns in Hebei Province have increased their investment in tourism to promote the development of town economy. In recent years, Guang Fu's tourism industry has enjoyed a strong momentum of development, which has brought considerable profits to Guangfu Town. A breakthrough has been made in the development of the Guang Fu Ancient City tourist area: the scenic spot was rated as a national 4A class scenic spot in 2013, and passed the national 5A class scenic spot landscape quality evaluation in 2015. However, there are still some problems in the development of the scenic spot. For example, the mining of Taiji culture is still shallow, the level of tourism products developed by Taiji culture is relatively low, the participation of tourists is poor, the tourism products are rich, but some of them are of high quality. The service level is not high: the brand marketing consciousness is weak: the popularity of Guang Fu ancient city tourist spot is low outside the province; some tourism products developed in the scenic area deviate from the theme characteristic of Guangfu ancient city scenic spot. These problems have resulted in obvious short-term effects in the process of development of the Guang Fu Ancient City tourist attractions, while the characteristics of lack of stamina in the long-term development may lead to the rapid decline of the Guang Fu Ancient City tourism industry before it has been fully developed. This is not conducive to the development of the ancient city of Guangfu to a deeper level. In order to avoid the phenomenon of short term stamina and obvious effect, and to avoid the accelerated arrival of the declining period of the life cycle of the Guang Fu ancient city, it is urgent to analyze the life cycle of the Guanfu ancient city tourism scenic spot and to study the factors that affect its life cycle. Based on the previous researches on Butler's life cycle theory, and according to the stage characteristics of the six stages of tourism destination life cycle theory, this paper combines the course of development and protection of Guang Fu ancient city tourism industry. Based on the qualitative analysis of the life cycle stage of Guang Fu Ancient City tourist attractions, it is concluded that the life cycle of Guang Fu Ancient City tourist attractions has gone through the stages of exploration (Tang and Song dynasties-2003), participation (20042010), and development (2011- up to now). On this basis, by consulting literature, collecting data and making field trips to the Guanfu Ancient City, this paper starts from four aspects: demand, effect, environment, and resource endowment. This paper extracts 19 main influencing factors that affect the life cycle of Guang Fu Ancient City tourist attractions, including: the quality of scenic area products, the location of tourist destination image, the tourist reception facilities, the authenticity of the ancient city, the traffic, the natural and humane environment, the satisfaction of local residents. Foreign investment, management ability of scenic spots, coordination with surrounding scenic spots, marketing propaganda, government policies, social and economic conditions, unexpected factors, unique architectural characteristics of Guang Fu ancient city, history and culture, cultural relics protection grade, celebrity effect, Market location According to its internal relationship, the evaluation structure model of the influencing factors of Guang Fu ancient city tourist attractions is constructed, and the questionnaire survey is carried out. The importance of the main influencing factors in the current stage (development stage) of the life cycle of the Guang Fu Ancient City Scenic spot is quantified and sorted by the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). From the result of sequencing, it can be seen that, on the whole, demand factors have the greatest influence on the life cycle of Guang Fu ancient city scenic spots in the stage of development, followed by environment and effect factors, while resource endowments are the least: among the specific influencing factors, the demand factors have the greatest influence on the life cycle of Guang Fu ancient city scenic spots. "Image orientation of tourist destination", "quality of scenic spot products", "foreign investment" and "natural and humane environment" are the most important factors influencing the current stage of Guang Fu ancient city tourist area.
