嫩江县繁荣村乡村旅游规划研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,居民的生活水平不断提高,工作节奏日益加快,于是城镇居民更加向往“回归自然,返璞归真”的生活,乡村旅游正好迎合了旅游者的需求。乡村旅游是以乡村为背景,以具有“乡土性”特征的自然和人文资源为旅游核心卖点的综合性旅游活动。近年来,国家的高度重视乡村旅游的发展,它是加快新农村建设的有效途径,不仅可以缩小城乡差距,还可以有效的改善三农问题。 嫩江县繁荣村旅游资源丰富,地理位置优越,具有发展乡村旅游的优势。然而,嫩江县繁荣村的乡村旅游开发还处在初级阶段,旅游资源没有充分开发,目标地位不够准确,存在盲目开发现象,因此,需要一套科学的、系统的、行之有效的旅游规划对其进行指导。本文通过对国内外相关文史资料的研究,结合嫩江县繁荣村旅游资源实际情况,以乡村旅游规划、景观生态学、民俗理论学和资源整合理论等相关理论为指导,提出适合嫩江县繁荣村发展乡村旅游的规划模式,将其打造成为一个集休闲度假、生态观光、乡村体验、民俗文化为一体的乡村旅游品牌,展示东北寒地乡村景观的同时也向外展示达斡尔族文化,诠释当今人们享受休闲快乐的一种生活态度。 本文以嫩江县繁荣村为例,对其进行乡村旅游规划研究。主要研究内容与结论如下: 首先介绍论文的研究背景与目的、内容和方法,简要概述国内外乡村旅游的发展与理论的研究现状,总结现阶段我国乡村旅游规划设计中存在的问题。 其次,对繁荣村乡村旅游发展背景进行分析。详细阐述了嫩江县繁荣村的宏观背景,依据繁荣村乡村旅游发展内部条件和外部条件的评价,并对繁荣村乡村旅游的发展现状进行SWOT分析,对繁荣村的乡村旅游资源分类进行分析评价,进而对旅游市场进行分析预测。对繁荣村发展旅游提出发展战略,并对近、中、远期的目标分别做出概括。 主要结论是嫩江县繁荣村生态环境良好,地理位置优越,乡村旅游资源丰富,有7个主类、11个亚类、24个基本类型,具有较高的旅游开发价值。经定量评价发现,青龙山达到四级旅游资源标准,一级和二级旅游资源占绝大部分。繁荣村自然旅游资源种类丰富,人文资源浓郁,民族文化、乡土风情与农业风光和谐共融,资源组合好,利于资源的集中开发与旅游活动的安排,可形成独具特色的农业产业链。根据实地调查,确定繁荣村的空间布局为“一底、两轴、五大区”,旅游形象为集休闲度假、生态观光、乡村体验、民俗文化为一体。同时,根据旅游景点与性质的不同,对繁荣村及其周边旅游景点进行旅游路线规划。最后根据客源市场好旅游资源的特点,对旅游产品进行设计。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, the living standard of the residents is improving and the working rhythm is speeding up day by day. Therefore, the urban residents yearn for the life of "returning to nature and returning to nature", and rural tourism just meets the needs of tourists. Rural tourism is a comprehensive tourism activity with the background of the countryside and the natural and human resources with the characteristic of "local nature" as the core selling point of tourism. In recent years, the country attaches great importance to the development of rural tourism, it is an effective way to speed up the construction of new rural areas, not only can reduce the gap between urban and rural areas, but also can effectively improve the "three rural" problems. Nenjiang County is rich in tourism resources and favorable geographical location, with the advantage of developing rural tourism. However, the rural tourism development of Funrong Village in Nenjiang County is still in its initial stage. Tourism resources are not fully exploited, the target position is not accurate enough, and there is blind exploitation. Therefore, a set of scientific and systematic development is needed. Effective tourism planning to guide it. Based on the research of literature and history at home and abroad and the actual situation of tourism resources in Funrong Village of Nenjiang County, this paper is guided by the theories of rural tourism planning, landscape ecology, folklore theory and resource integration. This paper puts forward a planning model suitable for the development of rural tourism in Nenjiang County, making it a rural tourism brand which integrates leisure vacation, ecological sightseeing, rural experience and folk culture. At the same time, it also shows the culture of Daur nationality, which explains a kind of life attitude of people enjoying leisure and happiness. This article takes the Nenjiang County Funrong Village as an example to study its rural tourism planning. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows: firstly, the background, purpose, content and methods of the thesis are introduced, and the development and theory of rural tourism at home and abroad are briefly summarized. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the planning and design of rural tourism in China. Secondly, the background of rural tourism development in prosperous village is analyzed. This paper expatiates on the macroscopic background of Funrong Village in Nenjiang County, evaluates the internal and external conditions of the rural tourism development, and makes a SWOT analysis of the present situation of the Rural Tourism Development in Nenjiang County. The classification of rural tourism resources is analyzed and evaluated, and then the tourism market is analyzed and forecasted. The development strategy is put forward to develop tourism in prosperous village, and the near, medium and long-term goals are summarized respectively. The main conclusion is that the village of Nenjiang County has a good ecological environment, a superior geographical location, rich tourism resources, 7 main categories, 11 subclasses, 24 basic types, which has a high tourism development value. Through quantitative evaluation, it was found that Qinglong Mountain reached the standard of four levels of tourism resources, and the primary and secondary tourism resources accounted for most of them. The natural tourism resources in the village are rich in variety, humanistic resources, national culture, local customs and agricultural scenery, and a good combination of resources, which is conducive to the concentrated development of resources and the arrangement of tourism activities. Can form a unique agricultural industry chain. According to the field investigation, it is determined that the spatial layout of the prosperous village is "one bottom, two axes, five regions", and the tourism image is a collection of leisure vacation, ecological sightseeing, rural experience and folk culture. At the same time, according to the different tourist attractions and nature, the tourism route planning of the prosperous village and its surrounding scenic spots is carried out. Finally, according to the characteristics of good tourist resources, tourism products are designed.
