基于社区参与的古村落旅游经营模式开发研究——以福建云水谣古村落为例

【摘要】：古村落旅游逐渐成为时下的一种新型旅游形式,将传统古村落与旅游相结合,进一步发掘古村落的文化价值,对古村落的开发与保护起到一定的作用。该文对古村落现有的开发模式进行比较,以云水谣古村落为案例,结合云水谣古村落的优势,对开发模式中的利益分配、参与方式、经营管理等因子进行分析,采用层次分析法对云水谣所适宜的旅游开发模式进行评价,得出社区自主经营开发是适合云水谣古村落的发展模式,并提出了促进云水谣古村落可持续发展的可行性策略。
[Abstract]:The tourism of ancient villages has gradually become a new form of tourism, which combines the traditional villages with tourism, and further excavates the cultural value of ancient villages, which plays a certain role in the development and protection of ancient villages. This paper compares the existing development models of ancient villages, taking Yunshui ancient villages as an example, combining the advantages of Yunshui ancient villages, and analyzing the factors of benefit distribution, participation mode, management and management in the development model. This paper evaluates the suitable tourism development mode of cloud water ballad by AHP, and concludes that community autonomous management and development is suitable for the development mode of cloud water ballad ancient village, and puts forward the feasible strategy to promote the sustainable development of cloud water ballad ancient village.
