中国赴缅甸旅游者消费行为调查研究

【摘要】:缅甸曾是一个神秘的国度,而今这个国家揭开了神秘的面纱,随着缅甸改革进程的不断推进以及民主制度的进一步发展,缅甸的经济贸易也得以在更有利的环境中蓬勃发展。农林牧业等传统经济产业一直是缅甸经济的支柱,而随着国际经济格局的变革以及缅甸自身走向世界的根本需求,旅游业也作为一支重要的推动力量加入到缅甸的经济支柱产业中来。中国作为缅甸最大的贸易合作伙伴,也必然成为了缅甸旅游业发展的重要合作伙伴。 中缅两国自古以来就关系密切,不论是古代丝绸之路还是当今的边贸区,都是连接中缅两国通商往来的纽带,然而关于中缅两国旅游业关系的探索还处于起步阶段。因此,本文从缅甸经济发展的需求以及中缅两国关系长足发展的必然趋势出发,对缅甸旅游业发展的背景、现状、存在的不足和问题以及今后的发展前景做了探索性研究分析,希望为缅甸经济的快速发展,以及中缅两国的旅游合作、旅游前景规划乃至经济上的合作提供参考建议。 旅游行为研究是旅游业研究的重要部分之一,也是旅游发展的重要部分之一。为了对中国旅游者旅游行为进行调研和分析,本文通过对中国游客进行访谈和问卷调查的方式获得了研究所需的基本要素,本文的研究建立在实地调研的基础之上:先运用定量数据收集和问卷调查法,在初步观测的基础上对赴缅甸旅游的中国游客进行数量和范围的划分,然后对选定的对象进行问卷调查、一对一访谈,并对调研结果进行分析整理和进一步总结提炼;再引入定性数据,将本人的调研结果与论文准备期间提前整理的官方数据和材料进行对比和修正;同时引用手段—目的理论、需求—动机—行为理论、刺激—反应理论等旅游心理学的相关分析手段及重要理论,并结合国内外消费者行为研究、旅游动机行为研究、旅游信息来源研究以及旅游决策行为研究等学术研究的相关结论对调研结果进行充分论证,总结并提出了缅甸旅游业市场开发的策略及今后的长期发展方向。遵照在理论的指导下进行实地调研、在调研的基础上丰富理论、从而为今后理论指导实践提供有价值的参考依据的研究路线,完成了论文的写作。 中缅两国的合作有利于强化利益、发挥优势,同时也能解决旅游业发展中存在的问题和弱点,两国人民的相互了解能为两国旅游业的发展营造良好的环境,而两国政府对两国旅游业合作的重视将成为两国旅游业合作的一股重要的推动力。在论述的过程中,本文对中国游客的旅游行为进行了深入研究,因为对旅游者旅游行为的研究不仅有利于进一步开发旅游产品、制定合理的旅游营销策略,而且有利于建立市场合作机制、为缅甸旅游业的发展找准定位,对缅甸旅游业发展预期目标的实现至关重要;通过对旅游者的旅游行为进行观察,同时与旅游者交流信息,提升他们对缅甸的认识和了解程度,也能大幅增加中国游客在缅甸的旅游活动。本文还对中缅两国民俗文化的交流给予了特别的关注,并为赴缅旅游的中国游客提供了旅游攻略、旅游建议以及旅游注意事项,对中缅两国间的旅游研究实践、可持续发展战略的探索、旅游管理的规范化、旅游业的全面发展以及两国旅游市场的交流融合做出了一定的贡献。
[Abstract]:Myanmar was once a mysterious country, and now the country has unveiled the veil of mystery, and Myanmar's economic trade has been able to flourish in a more favorable environment as the Myanmar reform process continues to advance and the further development of the democratic system. The traditional economic industry, such as agriculture and forestry, has always been the pillar of Myanmar's economy, and with the change of international economic structure and the fundamental demand of Myanmar itself to the world, tourism has also been added to the economic pillar industry of Myanmar as an important driving force. As Myanmar's largest trading partner, China is bound to become an important partner in the development of Myanmar's tourism industry. The two countries of China and Myanmar have close relations since ancient times, whether the ancient Silk Road or the current frontier trade area is the link between the two countries in China and Myanmar, but the exploration of tourism relations between China and Myanmar is still in its infancy Therefore, from the demand of Myanmar's economic development and the inevitable trend of China-Myanmar relations, this paper makes an exploratory study on the background, present situation, deficiency and problems existing in the development of Myanmar's tourism industry and the future development prospect. It is hoped that this will be a rapid development of Myanmar's economy. Development, as well as tourism cooperation between China and Myanmar, tourism prospects planning and economic cooperation for reference It is suggested that tourism behavior research is one of the most important parts of tourism research, and it is also the weight of tourism development In order to study and analyze Chinese tourists' tourism behavior, this paper has obtained the basic elements needed by the Institute through interview and questionnaire survey of Chinese tourists. The research of this paper is based on the field investigation: first, use quantitative data to collect and analyze Chinese tourists' tourism behavior. According to the questionnaire survey, the number and scope of Chinese tourists traveling to Myanmar were divided on the basis of preliminary observation, then the selected subjects were surveyed, one-to-one interviews were conducted, and the research results were analyzed and summarized and further summarized. Qualitative data is used to compare and revise my research results with the official data and materials which are prepared in advance during the preparation of the paper; meanwhile, the relevant analysis means of tourism psychology, such as the theory of object theory, demand, motivation, behavior theory, stimulation and reaction theory, etc. are also cited. Based on the research of consumer behavior at home and abroad, the research on the behavior of tourism motive, the source of tourism information, and the research of tourism decision-making behavior, the author puts forward some conclusions about the research results. The strategy and the future of the development of Myanmar's tourism market are summarized and put forward.
