河北省涉外旅游市场对导游人员的素质要求调查研究

【摘要】：据世界旅游组织预测,到2020年,中国将成为世界第一入境游目的国,同时中国公民出境游将超过一亿人次。河北作为旅游大省,涉外旅游市场的发展潜力不容忽视。但是根据我们的实地走访调研却发现,无论是在数量还是资质上,涉外导游人员均不能尽如人意。那么,涉外导游市场究竟需要什么样的导游人员呢?本文将根据对涉外旅游企业的走访,对其观点分类总结,希望能为涉外导游培养、培训提供一些思路。
[Abstract]:According to the World Tourism Organization (WTO), by 2020, China will become the world's first destination country for inbound tourism, and its citizens will travel abroad more than 100 million times. Hebei as a major tourism province, foreign tourism market development potential can not be ignored. However, according to our field study, whether in terms of quantity or qualification, foreign tour guides are not satisfactory. So, what kind of tour guides are needed in the foreign tour guide market? According to the visit to the foreign tourism enterprises, this paper classifies and summarizes their viewpoints, hoping to provide some ideas for the training and training of foreign tour guides.
