[Abstract]:Positive supply-side structural reform is a key measure to build a well-off society in an all-round way and to realize Chinese Dream's great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. According to the requirements of the Party and the state, Qinghai has put forward five key tasks of "strong innovation, production capacity, inventory reduction, cost reduction and risk prevention", and has put forward reform opinions and supporting measures and conscientiously implemented them, and has achieved positive results. In particular, based on the protection of the ecological environment, taking tourism as the cutting point and cultivating new kinetic energy, we are coming out of an appropriate path.
