基于农业多功能视角下的南平乡村旅游发展研究

【摘要】：农业的多功能是指农业除了提供食品等商品产出的经济功能外,还具有与农村环境、农村农业景观、农村农业文化遗传等非商品产出相关的环境和社会功能,他强调的是农业的可持续发展,是后工业时代农业发展的必然趋势。乡村旅游是将农业生产、农村生活和生态环境三者合为一体进行的旅游开发。近年来,乡村旅游为农村带来发展机会,促进了农村经济的发展但产品大多缺少创新意识,缺少人文关怀。不符合当下发展农业多功能的时代需求。农业多功能的发展和乡村旅游密不可分,乡村旅游是农业多功能最好的载体,农业多功能是乡村旅游的灵魂所在。同时,乡村旅游也拓展了农业多功能的实现途径,有利于农业经济、人文、社会功能的实现。因此,在发展乡村旅游的同时,更加要注重保护和改善农村生态环境和人文环境,保持农村田园风光的独特魅力,从而促进农业多功能和乡村旅游的共同发展。 本研究基于农业多功能视角这一全新的视角和分析框架,结合经济学、管理学、生态学和社会学等多学科多理论知识对乡村旅游的发展进行了深入探讨。首先,对我国农业多功能与乡村旅游的发展存在相互促进、相互依存的关系进行了深入的论证。在此基础上,结合国内外乡村旅游的实践,并以南平市乡村旅游的发展为例,对南平市乡村旅游发展过程中出现的矛盾和问题进行了分析,从经济效益、人文效益和社会效益等农业的多个功能角度对南平市乡村旅游发展现状进行了综合分析,目前,从农业多功能视角分析,南平市的乡村旅游不仅在经济功能发挥方面还有待提高,更关键的是,在人文功能和社会功能方面存在颇多问题,严重影响了南平市乡村旅游的可持续发展,亟待解决。结合SWOT分析法具体指出了南平市发展乡村旅游的优劣势所在,以便于乡村旅游发展过程中扬长避短。进一步系统研究了南平市乡村旅游的可持续发展问题。最后,本文还提出了有关南平市乡村旅游可持续发展的相关建议和对策,以此给予南平市乃至全国其他类似的地区的乡村旅游发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The multi-function of agriculture means that agriculture, in addition to its economic function of providing commodities such as food, also has environmental and social functions related to non-commodity output such as rural environment, rural agricultural landscape, rural agricultural cultural heredity, etc. He emphasized the sustainable development of agriculture and the inevitable trend of agricultural development in the post-industrial era. Rural tourism is a tourism development that combines agricultural production, rural life and ecological environment. In recent years, rural tourism has brought development opportunities for rural areas and promoted the development of rural economy. Not in line with the current development of agricultural multi-functional needs of the times. The development of agricultural multifunction is closely related to rural tourism. Rural tourism is the best carrier of agricultural multifunction, and agricultural multifunction is the soul of rural tourism. At the same time, the rural tourism has also expanded the agricultural multifunction realization way, is advantageous to the agricultural economy, the humanities, the social function realization. Therefore, while developing rural tourism, we should pay more attention to the protection and improvement of rural ecological environment and humanistic environment, to maintain the unique charm of rural pastoral scenery, so as to promote the common development of agricultural multi-function and rural tourism. Based on the new perspective and analytical framework of agricultural multi-function perspective, the development of rural tourism is deeply discussed in this paper, which is based on the theory of economics, management, ecology and sociology. Firstly, the relationship between agricultural multifunction and rural tourism is discussed. On this basis, combined with the practice of rural tourism at home and abroad, and taking the development of rural tourism in Nanping as an example, this paper analyzes the contradictions and problems in the development of rural tourism in Nanping. This paper comprehensively analyzes the present situation of rural tourism development in Nanping City from the angle of multi-function of agriculture, such as humanistic benefit and social benefit. At present, it is analyzed from the angle of view of agricultural multi-function. The rural tourism of Nanping city not only needs to be improved in the aspect of economic function, but also has many problems in the aspect of humanistic function and social function, which seriously affects the sustainable development of rural tourism in Nanping city and needs to be solved urgently. Combined with SWOT analysis, this paper points out the advantages and disadvantages of developing rural tourism in Nanping City, so as to promote the advantages and disadvantages in the process of rural tourism development. Furthermore, the sustainable development of rural tourism in Nanping City is systematically studied. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on the sustainable development of rural tourism in Nanping City, which can be used as a reference for the development of rural tourism in Nanping City and other similar areas of the country.
