河南省乡村旅游对“三农”问题解决的推动作用探究

【摘要】：河南省作为我国农业大省,乡村旅游发展具有天然的优势,在科学规划和指导下,乡村旅游有助于促进农业产业转型升级,完善农村基础设施,推动社会主义新农村建设,丰富农民物质和精神生活。这一积极作用的发挥需要明确乡村旅游和"三农"的关系,发挥乡村旅游的影响力,将乡村旅游与新型城镇化建设有机结合。
[Abstract]:As a big agricultural province in China, Henan Province has natural advantages in the development of rural tourism. Under the guidance of scientific planning, rural tourism can help to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industry, improve rural infrastructure, and promote the construction of new socialist countryside. Enrich peasants' material and spiritual life. It is necessary to make clear the relationship between rural tourism and "agriculture, countryside and farmers", to exert the influence of rural tourism, and to combine rural tourism with the construction of new urbanization.
