河南文化遗产旅游的创新开发研究

【摘要】：遗产旅游是旅游研究的重要分支之一,近年来逐渐呈现出较快的增长趋势。以文物古迹资源作为主要旅游吸引物的文化遗产旅游,已是当今人文旅游形式中最为活跃的一种旅游形式,更是推动世界旅游业迅速发展的重要因素。另一方面,河南是中华民族文化的主要发祥地,有洛阳、开封、安阳、商丘四大古都,百家姓中的78个姓氏根于河南,其地下文物、馆藏文物数量全国第一,重点文物保护单位仅次于山西；这为河南文化遗产旅游的发展提供了丰富的资源基础。 2011年10月,中原经济区建设上升为国家战略,为河南旅游业的发展提供了千载一时的契机。旅游业要实现在中原经济区建设中有更大责任和担当,文化遗产旅游的开发是必然选择。文化是旅游的灵魂,旅游是文化的载体。文化遗产旅游作为一种高层次的文化旅游形式,能为河南实现从文化资源大省跨越到文化强省的战略目标发挥极为重要的促进作用。因此,研究河南文化遗产旅游创新开发的价值和重要性也就不言而喻。本文认为文化遗产旅游是在文化遗产保护的基础上,以文化传统和文化遗存为主体旅游吸引物,前往遗产地欣赏遗产景观、体验当地民俗风情与遗产文化氛围的旅游活动。本文通过梳理与分析相关文献资料,发现河南文化遗产资源丰富、价值独特,文化遗产旅游的开发已呈现出重视程度加强、开发模式多样化和开发力度加大的特点,但仍存在过度商业化,盲目追求短期效益,遗产管理与规划设计人员素质不高等问题,在一定程度上束缚了河南文化遗产旅游的发展。本文以创新理论、遗产活化论和可持续发展理论为指导,分析了河南文化遗产旅游创新开发的必要性和可行性；通过借鉴典型的文化遗产旅游开发实践的经验,结合河南实际,阐述了河南文化遗产旅游创新开发的原则和内容,探讨了其创新开发的思路、方法及保障措施。最后以嵩山少林寺景区为例进行了实证分析,探索性提出嵩山少林寺景区旅游创新开发的对策。
[Abstract]:Heritage tourism is one of the important branches of tourism research. Cultural heritage tourism with cultural relics and historic sites as the main tourist attraction has become the most active form of human tourism and an important factor to promote the rapid development of world tourism. On the other hand, Henan is the main birthplace of the Chinese nation's culture. There are four ancient capitals, Luoyang, Kaifeng, Anyang and Shangqiu. 78 of the 100 surnames are rooted in Henan. The number of underground cultural relics and cultural relics in the library is the first in the country. The key cultural relic protection units are second only to Shanxi; This provides a rich resource base for the development of Henan cultural heritage tourism. In October 2011, the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone became the national strategy, which provided the opportunity for the development of Henan tourism for thousands of years. The development of cultural heritage tourism is an inevitable choice for tourism to realize greater responsibility and responsibility in the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone. Culture is the soul of tourism and tourism is the carrier of culture. As a high-level form of cultural tourism, cultural heritage tourism can play an extremely important role in promoting Henan to realize the strategic goal of leaping from a large province of cultural resources to a strong province of culture. Therefore, it is self-evident to study the value and importance of Henan cultural heritage tourism innovation and development. Based on the protection of cultural heritage, this paper holds that cultural heritage tourism is a kind of tourist activity, which takes cultural tradition and cultural relics as the main tourist attraction to enjoy the heritage landscape and experience the local folk customs and cultural atmosphere. By combing and analyzing the relevant literature, this paper finds that Henan is rich in cultural heritage resources and unique in value, and the development of cultural heritage tourism has shown the characteristics of strengthening the degree of attention, diversifying the development modes and increasing the intensity of development. However, there are still some problems, such as excessive commercialization, blind pursuit of short-term benefits, low quality of estate management and planning and design personnel, which to some extent constrains the development of Henan cultural heritage tourism. Guided by the theory of innovation, the theory of heritage activation and the theory of sustainable development, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the innovative development of Henan cultural heritage tourism. Based on the experience of typical cultural heritage tourism development and the reality of Henan province, this paper expounds the principles and contents of Henan cultural heritage tourism innovation development, and probes into the ideas, methods and guarantee measures of its innovative development. Finally, taking Shaolin Temple Scenic area of Songshan Mountain as an example, the paper makes an empirical analysis, and puts forward the countermeasures of tourism innovation development in Shaolin Temple Scenic area of Songshan Mountain.
