舟山市导游队伍建设研究

【摘要】:自2010年国家旅游局批准舟山成为首批国家旅游综合改革试点城市以来,围绕打造“国际生态休闲岛”的总目标,大力发展海洋旅游已经成为舟山海洋经济发展的重要引擎,也是舟山群岛新区实施国家海洋战略的重要载体之一。旅游业的发展离不开一支高素质的旅游人才队伍,作为奋斗在舟山旅游第一线的导游服务人员无疑是新区旅游最亮丽的风景线,是舟山旅游软环境建设的灵魂,是舟山迈向国际知名旅游目的地的重要力量。笔者围绕舟山市导游队伍建设的研究课题,根据走访和调研的结果,发现当前舟山市导游队伍仍然存在着一些问题,如导游整体素质偏低、培训质量不高、薪酬待遇不合理、人才流失严重等,这些对旅游业的发展制约影响日益显现。因此,如何进一步加强导游队伍建设,为舟山旅游业发展提供强有力的人才保障,是摆在舟山市旅游行政管理部门面前的一项重要课题,也是一项长期的战略任务。 本文综合运用了文献研究法、实地调研法,理论研究和具体分析相结合,对舟山市导游人力资源基本状况、存在的具体问题及问题的成因进行了分析研究,借鉴国内外有关导游队伍建设的对策和经验,结合当前导游人力资源发展的趋势,提出了一些切实可行的对策建议,希望可以为舟山市导游队伍建设提供一些参考。
[Abstract]:Since the National Tourism Administration approved Zhoushan as the first pilot city for comprehensive tourism reform in 2010, the development of marine tourism has become an important engine for the development of the marine economy in Zhoushan, focusing on the overall goal of building an "international eco-leisure island". Zhoushan archipelago is also an important carrier for the implementation of national marine strategy. The development of tourism can not be separated from a team of high-quality tourist talents. As the tour guide service personnel who struggle for the first line of tourism in Zhoushan, it is undoubtedly the most beautiful scenic spot of tourism in the new area and the soul of the construction of the soft environment of tourism in Zhoushan. Zhoushan is an important force for the international famous tourist destination. Based on the research of tour guide team construction in Zhoushan City, the author finds that there are still some problems in the tour guide team in Zhoushan City, such as the low overall quality of tour guide, the low quality of training, the unreasonable salary and treatment. Serious brain drain and so on, these constraints on the development of tourism increasingly appear. Therefore, how to further strengthen the construction of tour guides and provide a strong talent guarantee for the development of tourism in Zhoushan is an important subject in front of the tourism administration department in Zhoushan, and also a long-term strategic task. Based on the methods of literature research, field investigation, theoretical research and concrete analysis, this paper analyzes the basic situation of tour guides' human resources in Zhoushan City, the concrete problems and the causes of the problems. This paper draws lessons from the countermeasures and experiences of tour guide team construction at home and abroad, combined with the development trend of guide human resources at present, puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to provide some references for the construction of tour guide team in Zhoushan city.
