基于旅游体验的乌鲁木齐水上乐园游客满意度研究

【摘要】:体验经济时代到来预示着旅游产业发展和旅游产品的不断创新。乌鲁木齐水上乐园作为体检经济时代的旅游产品,,是旅游和娱乐休闲相结合的产物,为了满足不同游客的体验需求,要不断加以创新。因此乌鲁木齐水上乐园的经营管理应将旅游体验的理念贯穿其中,让游客获得满足和愉悦的体验,进而提高游客的满意度,本文从旅游体验的视角下研究乌鲁木齐水上乐园游客满意度的情况,并以此提出提高游客满意度的方法和策略。 本文首先系统的对相关的文献知识进行梳理,从理论上对旅游体验和乌鲁木齐水上乐园以及游客满意度进行研究,结合访谈和实地抽样调查等研究办法,从问卷上获取数据和信息,再运用期望差异理论对游客满意度进行了统计分析,得出影响游客满意度的内在原因,即影响经营管理的微观因素。 利用Excel、SPSS等统计分析软件对收集的数据进行了描述性统计分析、因子分析、配对样本T检验、二元Logistic回归分析,验证了相关的研究假设:1.本文将乌鲁木齐水上乐园游客旅游体验构成要素分为5个体验:服务体验、景观体验、活动体验、设施体验、情感体验;2.不等个人背景资料和和旅游经历的旅游者在挑选体验因子上存在明显差异;3.游客游前期望和游玩后的感知之间存在显著负相关;4.游客体验因子与游客满意度之间存在显著相关性。最后通过IPA分析得出目前乌鲁木齐水上乐园在其服务态度和效率、游客旅游经历难忘而特殊、激发游客很大的游览兴趣和感悟、使游客得到很大的放松、乌鲁木齐水上乐园的文化景观浓厚、餐饮特色、纪念品的丰富性、乌鲁木齐水上乐园门票价格、乌鲁木齐水上乐园的收费价格、水上表演的专业性、表演节目的时间合理性等等这些方面存在一些问题需要改善。 针对上述问题,提高乌鲁木齐水上乐园游客满意度最重要的就是要根据游客的需求,丰富乌鲁木齐水上乐园的活动种类,提高游客的参与程度以及营造娱乐愉快氛围,最终为提高游客的满意度服务。因此,提出乌鲁木齐水上乐园可持续发展的六个方面的策略和措施:第一,明确客源市场;第二,提升服务质量;第三,增强情感体验;第四,完善设施体验;第五,提高活动参与;第六,增强宣传力度。
[Abstract]:The coming of experience economy indicates the development of tourism industry and the continuous innovation of tourism products. Urumqi water park, as a tourism product in the economic age of physical examination, is the product of the combination of tourism and recreation. In order to meet the experience needs of different tourists, it is necessary to innovate constantly. Therefore, the management of Urumqi water park should run through the concept of tourism experience, so that tourists can get satisfied and pleasant experience, and then improve the satisfaction of tourists. This paper studies the tourist satisfaction of Urumqi Aquatic Paradise from the perspective of tourism experience, and puts forward the methods and strategies to improve the tourist satisfaction. Firstly, this paper systematically combs the relevant literature knowledge, theoretically studies the tourism experience, Urumqi water park and tourist satisfaction, combined with interview and field sampling survey and other research methods. This paper obtains the data and information from the questionnaire, then uses the theory of expectation difference to analyze the tourist satisfaction, and draws the internal reasons that affect the tourists' satisfaction, that is, the micro factors that affect the management and management. Using Excel,SPSS and other statistical analysis software, the data collected were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, paired sample T test, binary Logistic regression analysis, to verify the relevant research assumptions: 1. This paper divides the tourism experience of Urumqi water park into five parts: service experience, landscape experience, activity experience, facility experience, emotional experience; 2. There are significant differences in the factors of selecting experience between tourists with different personal background data and tourist experience. 3. There was a significant negative correlation between tourists' pre-visit expectation and post-visit perception; 4. There is a significant correlation between tourist experience factors and tourist satisfaction. Finally, through the analysis of IPA, the author draws the conclusion that Urumqi water park has its service attitude and efficiency, tourists experience unforgettable and special tourism experience, stimulate tourists great interest and perception, so that tourists get a lot of relaxation. Urumqi Aquatic Paradise is rich in cultural landscape, features of catering, richness of souvenirs, admission price of Urumqi Aquatic Paradise, fee price of Urumqi Aquatic Paradise, and professional nature of water performance. The time rationality of the performance program and so on there are some problems need to be improved. In view of the above problems, the most important thing to improve the tourist satisfaction of Urumqi water park is to enrich the types of activities of Urumqi water park according to the needs of tourists, to improve the participation of tourists and to create a pleasant atmosphere for entertainment. Finally, to improve the satisfaction of tourists. Therefore, this paper puts forward six strategies and measures for the sustainable development of Urumqi Water Park: first, make clear the tourist market; second, improve the service quality; third, enhance the emotional experience; fourth, perfect the facility experience; Fifth, increase participation in activities; sixth, enhance publicity.
