当代景德镇陶瓷产业的繁荣与政府的税收监管

【摘要】：随着陶瓷产业的转型,当代景德镇陶瓷产业给人一种衰落的印象,但在景德镇我们又可以感到这座城市制瓷业的蓬勃活力。其中原因何在,本文试图从宋元时期瓷窑税制、现代政府财政征税情形,以及制约陶瓷产业发展的其他因素等三方面,分析景德镇陶瓷产业发展兴衰反差的原因,并指出随着税制改革和政府税收监管的进一步完善,陶瓷产业和传统制瓷手工艺必将展现出生生不息的活力。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of ceramic industry, the contemporary Jingdezhen ceramic industry gives the impression of decline, but in Jingdezhen, we can feel the vitality of this city porcelain industry. This paper attempts to analyze the reasons for the rise and fall of Jingdezhen ceramic industry from three aspects: the tax system of porcelain kiln in Song and Yuan dynasties, the taxation of modern government finance, and other factors that restrict the development of ceramic industry. It is pointed out that with the reform of tax system and the further improvement of government tax supervision, ceramic industry and traditional porcelain handicraft will show their vitality.
