宁夏旅游文化传播的政府推力研究

【摘要】:旅游文化传播作为地方旅游文化产业发展的关键环节,因其具有的公共属性,往往由地方政府担任传播者的角色,但在与旅游传播相关的众多研究成果中,从政府推助的角度出发,对旅游文化传播与地方旅游文化产业相互作用的研究相对匮乏。在旅游业正努力成为地方第三产业支柱性产业的今天,政府对旅游文化的推动直接关系到地方旅游文化传播效果和旅游文化产业的发展状况。宁夏有着独特的地理环境和悠久的历史文化资源,发展旅游文化产业有着良好的先天优势,然而在后天的旅游文化传播过程中,还存在亟需解决的问题。 本文主要采用文献分析、实证研究并辅以案例分析的研究方法。通过文献分析法,在对概念进行界定与厘清的基础上,掌握相近领域的最新研究动向;在对宁夏旅游局旅游促进处进行实地调研的基础上,对宁夏政府推动旅游文化传播的现状进行描述,分析其存在问题进行分析并以云南等地的旅游文化传播案例为经验借鉴,提出具有针对性的提升举措。 全文在结构上分为四个部分:第一章对关键词进行释义、明确本文的研究对象,对理论依据进行论述,对本选题的研究背景、研究意义、国内外相关文献和本文的研究方法进行说明作为本文写作的基础;第二章从传播学和公共管理学两个学科角度分析了政府进行旅游文化传播的理论基础,并结合实例分析了旅游文化传播的基本内涵和现实意义。第三章,通过实地调研,对宁夏旅游文化传播的现状、存在问题分别进行论述,并对问题产生的原因进行了分析;第四章在前几章的基础上提出加强地方政府推动旅游文化传播的策略,包括文化传播软环境的营造、文化资源基础建设、文化传播的战略策略及加强省级互动四个方面的建议,以期地方政府能够科学合理的进行旅游文化传播,推动地方旅游文化产业的长足发展。
[Abstract]:As a key link in the development of local tourism culture industry, tourism culture communication, because of its public attribute, is often played by local government as a communicator. However, among the numerous research results related to tourism communication, the local government plays an important role in the development of local tourism culture industry. From the angle of government promotion, the research on the interaction between tourism culture communication and local tourism culture industry is relatively scarce. Nowadays, tourism is making great efforts to become the pillar industry of the local tertiary industry. The promotion of tourism culture by the government is directly related to the spread of local tourism culture and the development of tourism culture industry. Ningxia has a unique geographical environment and a long history of cultural resources, the development of tourism and cultural industry has a good innate advantages, however, in the process of tourism and cultural transmission, there are still urgent problems to be solved. This article mainly uses the literature analysis, the empirical research and the supplementary case analysis research method. By means of literature analysis, on the basis of defining and clarifying the concept, we can grasp the latest research trends in similar fields. On the basis of on-the-spot investigation on the tourism promotion department of Ningxia Tourism Bureau, this paper describes the present situation of Ningxia government's promotion of tourism culture communication, analyzes its existing problems and takes the case of tourism culture communication in Yunnan and other places as a reference. Put forward targeted measures to improve. The full text is divided into four parts in structure: the first chapter explains the key words, clarifies the research object of this paper, discusses the theoretical basis, and studies the background and significance of this topic. The related domestic and foreign literature and the research methods of this paper are described as the basis of this writing; The second chapter analyzes the theoretical basis of the government's tourism culture communication from the angles of communication science and public administration, and analyzes the basic connotation and practical significance of the tourism culture communication with examples. The third chapter, through the on-the-spot investigation, discusses the present situation and existing problems of Ningxia tourism culture communication, and analyzes the causes of the problems. On the basis of the previous chapters, the fourth chapter puts forward the strategies of strengthening local government to promote the cultural communication of tourism, including the construction of soft environment of cultural communication, the construction of cultural resource infrastructure, the strategic strategy of cultural communication and the suggestion of strengthening provincial-level interaction. It is hoped that the local government can spread the tourism culture scientifically and rationally, and promote the rapid development of the local tourism culture industry.
