基于家庭视角的福州市中学教师旅游消费行为研究

【摘要】:教师因具有稳定的收入、文化层次高、假期长等特点,是一个潜力巨大的旅游消费群体。但是,该市场却被旅游企业视为“鸡肋”,存在着不被企业所重视,开发的程度较弱等问题。家庭因子是影响个体的旅游消费行为因素,目前学术界对该因子的研究成果不多。本文以福州市中学教师为研究对象,基于不同家庭生命周期和家庭旅游决策的中学教师旅游消费行为实证研究,对于中学教师旅游市场开发具有指导意义。 本文将采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、实证分析法等多种研究方法,首先在通过文献资料的收集,确定研究的理论模型,通过实地走访和问卷调查的方法活动第一手的数据资料,通过均值分析、卡方检验等研究方法,制作图表,利用图表并结合数据分析旅游消费行为的总体特征和不同家庭生命周期的教师的旅游消费行为差异。最后根据实证结果,将教师旅游市场与大众旅游消费市场现状进行对比,提出相关的结论和营销建议,并总结本次研究的不足之处和对未来研究的展望。
[Abstract]:Because of its stable income, high cultural level and long holiday, teachers are a huge potential tourist consumer group. However, the market is regarded by tourism enterprises as "chicken rib", there are some problems, such as not being paid attention to by enterprises, the degree of development is weak and so on. Family factor is one of the factors affecting individual tourism consumption behavior, and there are few research results on this factor in academic circles at present. Based on different family life cycle and family tourism decision-making, this paper studies the tourism consumption behavior of middle school teachers in Fuzhou, which is of guiding significance for the development of middle school teachers' tourism market. This paper will adopt many kinds of research methods, such as literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, empirical analysis and so on. Firstly, through the collection of literature, the theoretical model of the study will be determined. Through on-the-spot visits and questionnaires, activities of first-hand data, through mean analysis, chi-square test and other research methods, the production of charts, The general characteristics of tourism consumption behavior and the difference of tourism consumption behavior of teachers in different family life cycles were analyzed by using chart and data. Finally, according to the empirical results, this paper compares the current situation of teacher tourism market and mass tourism consumption market, puts forward relevant conclusions and marketing suggestions, and summarizes the shortcomings of this study and prospects for future research.
