供给侧结构性改革背景下的海南旅游制度供给初探

【摘要】：旅游制度供给的目标、导向和内容直接影响到海南旅游产品的质量、特色和结构等一系列问题,尤其在我国政府主导型旅游发展模式下,旅游制度供给对旅游产品开发有着尤为重要的作用。基于对海南建省办经济特区以来旅游制度供给的背景、内容与阶段性特点的分析,并以国家供给侧结构性改革方针为指引,结合海南省旅游业发展的实际情况,提出了旅游制度供给的内容和针对性供给措施。
[Abstract]:The target, orientation and content of tourism system supply directly affect a series of problems such as the quality, characteristics and structure of Hainan tourism products, especially under the pattern of government-led tourism development in China. The supply of tourism system plays an important role in the development of tourism products. Based on the analysis of the background, content and phased characteristics of the supply of tourism system since the establishment of the special economic zone in Hainan Province, and guided by the national supply-side structural reform policy, and in the light of the actual situation of tourism development in Hainan Province, Put forward the content of tourism system supply and targeted supply measures.
