西安市拓展培训参训人群的结构分析

【摘要】:拓展培训隶属于培训中的一种,是培训机构根据参训者的需求,有目的地为其策划,利用高科技产品,最大限度的整合、运用各种资源,并借助体育技术原理,让参训者通过专业户外项目对其有目的、有计划、有组织的培训方式。自改革开发以来,我国各类企业如雨后春笋般出现。迈入知识和人才竞争的21世纪。中国的各类企业开始注重人才的发展,以期通过企业人才的培训方式来增强企业的抗风险能力和竞争能力。目前,企业人力资源部越来越重视培训是企业不可或缺和提升人才价值的重要手段。近二十年来在从国外传入的拓展培训越来越受到我国各类企业人力资源部的关注。由于拓展培训在中国的时间不到二十年,不管从哪方面来说它都是一个朝阳产业。目前有关拓展培训的研究大多数是从拓展培训师的角度出发。本文通过对拓展培训参训人群,按照一定的标准进行划分,以期能为拓展培训研究奉献自己的绵薄之力。鉴于拓展培训的参训人群和培训机构之间的关系,因而研究拓展培训的参与人群的的结构分析研究是一项很有价值、很有意义的工作。拓展培训机构在调动自身积极性,转变营销手段,加大拓展培训的宣传力度和知名度,并号召培训者的参与力度等方面工作之前,就得了解拓展培训参与者的参与动机、济承受能力、参与者综合素质因素、气候因素等方面的影响因素。对拓展培训的参训人群从多角度分析,有利于拓展培训机构对培训者的来源作客观、明确的认识;有助于拓展培训机构有针对性和目的性的解决自己参训者的渠道问题。 本文采用文献资料法、访谈法、数据统计、对比分析、实地考察和逻辑分析法等研究方法,从社会分层的角度出发,将拓展培训的参训人群作为一种社会资源,以2013年在陕西纵横体咨询有限公司拓展培训的参训人群为研究对象,从参训人群年龄结构及性别特征、文化程度、消费水平、职业分布情况、参训单位的性质特征等方面进行分析。研究得出:(1)从参训者的年龄方面,在20_29岁和30-39岁这阶段的参与人数相对集中;在5_19岁和60岁以上的人数相对较少,分别是1335人和892人。从性别方面,20-29岁和30_39岁的参训人员中,女性稍多于男性。其中,女性参训人数分别是6031人和2758人,男性参训人数是4798人和2135人。而在5-19岁和60岁以上的参训人数中男性稍高于女性。其中,男性是750人和513人,女性是585人和379人。(2)从参与者受教育程度得出,在大学(含大专),高中(含中专)这两个学历程度的参训者人数相对较多,分别是12071人和8093人;而处于文盲或十字不多这和小学(含私塾)这两个学历程度的人数相对较少,分别是368人和576人。(3)从参训者消费水平分析得出,在100-120元/每人/每天和120-150元/每人/每天这两个消费范围的人数相对较集中,分别是13768人和5272人;在150-180元/每人/每天和250元/每人/每天参与培训的消费人数较少,仅为456人和293人。(4)从参训人员的职业分布分析,其中销售人员和服务人员的参与人数相对较多,分别为11037人和5571人,且占总参与人数的47.88%和24.17%。无业人员和其他这两个群体的人数是相对较少的,分别是754人和1796人,占总参与人数的7.79%和3.27%。(5)从参训者所在单位性质分析得出:私营企业和有限责任公司的参与单位较多,分别是379家和76家。党政机关和国有企业的参与单位相对较少,为13家和11家。 通过以上结论,结合实际得到拓展培训机构要增加参训人员来源问题的几点建议:(1)加大大学生市场的合理定价,扩大参与人群;(2)采取针对性营销措施,扩大参与消费;(3)加大宣传力度使培训理念深入人心:(4)突出参与人群的价值观念转变;(5)提高培训质量、强化对服务理念的管理。

At present, the research on the development of training is mostly from the angle of the development of the trainer. This paper, through the development of the training and training population, is divided according to a certain standard, with a view to contributing to the development of the training research. In view of the relationship between the training and the training institutions, the study of the structural analysis of the participation of the research and development training is a valuable and meaningful work. In order to expand the awareness of the training institutions in the mobilization of their own initiative, to change the means of marketing, to increase the publicity and visibility of the training, and to call on the participants in the training to work, it is necessary to understand the motivation of participating in the training, the bearing capacity and the factors of the comprehensive quality of the participants. It is beneficial to expand the training organization to make an objective and clear understanding of the source of the trainers from the multi-angle analysis, and help to expand the training institutions to solve the channel problem of the trainees with the aim and purpose. This paper adopts the methods of literature, interview, data statistics, comparative analysis, field survey and logic analysis, and from the perspective of social stratification, we will expand the training of the participating people as a kind of social capital.
