乡村旅游开发与农村空心化问题治理

【摘要】：随着经济、社会转型的不断深入,农村空心化已经成为一种非常普遍的现象,在农村产业、土地利用、基础设施建设等方面都有存在。农村空心化本质上是城镇化过程中所体现出的农村劳动力转移以及农业承受能力之间的失衡关系。为了更好地解决农村空心化问题,缓解农村空心化所带来的农业经济发展压力,需要对农村空心化治理中乡村旅游开发的关键点实施高度审视,包括开发区域和开发内容,并提出从治理规划、农民参与、土地利用、制度改革、生态文化五个方面来进一步发展乡村旅游,使之与农村空心化治理充分结合,以此来改善农村发展环境。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic and social transformation, rural hollowing has become a very common phenomenon, such as rural industry, land use, infrastructure construction and so on. Rural hollowing is essentially the unbalanced relationship between the transfer of rural labor and the capacity of agriculture in the process of urbanization. In order to better solve the problem of rural hollowing and alleviate the pressure of agricultural economic development brought about by rural hollowing, it is necessary to highly examine the key points of rural tourism development in rural hollowing management, including the development area and the content of development. In order to improve the environment of rural development, rural tourism should be further developed from five aspects of governance planning, farmers' participation, land use, system reform and ecological culture, so that rural tourism can be fully combined with rural hollowed governance in order to improve the environment of rural development.
