旅游者环境责任行为:概念化、测量及有效性

【摘要】:现有旅游者环境责任行为(TERB)的测量工具主要基于西方文化背景,开发中国文化背景下的TERB量表,明确其维度结构具有重要意义。文章旨在通过质化研究与量化研究技术,构建并验证中国本土化背景下的TERB量表。运用扎根理论方法开发中国本土化情境下TERB的多维构思,研究发现:TERB是一个由遵守型环保行为、消费型环保行为、节约型环保行为及促进型环保行为构成的多维构思。在此基础上,编制出TERB初始量表,并通过临界比值法检验、相关性检验、同质性检验进行了初始量表提纯;在正式调研阶段,分别进行探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、Cronbachα系数检验、组合信度检验、聚合效度检验、区别效度检验、复核效度检验,最后确定出由18个测量指标构成的TERB量表。研究发现:相比一阶四因子模型而言,二阶单因子模型是相对最优的TERB模型。
[Abstract]:The existing measurement tools of tourists' environmental responsibility behavior (TERB) are mainly based on the western cultural background. It is of great significance to develop the TERB scale under the background of Chinese culture and to clarify its dimensional structure. The purpose of this paper is to construct and verify the TERB scale under the background of localization in China through qualitative research and quantitative research technology. The multi-dimensional conception of TERB in the context of localization in China is developed by using the rooted theory method. It is found that TERB is a multi-dimensional conception composed of compliance environmental protection behavior, consumption environmental protection behavior, economical environmental protection behavior and promoting environmental protection behavior. On this basis, the initial scale of TERB was compiled, and the initial scale was purified by critical ratio test, correlation test and homogeneity test. In the formal investigation stage, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, Cronbach 伪 coefficient test, combinatorial reliability test, aggregation validity test, differential validity test and review validity test were carried out respectively. Finally, the TERB scale composed of 18 measurement indexes is determined. It is found that the second-order single-factor model is the relatively optimal TERB model compared with the first-order four-factor model.
