山东省旅游产业融资策略研究

【摘要】：旅游业是一个特殊性的“高投入，高产出”的产业，旅游资源的深层次开发需要强大的资金作后盾，如果资金短缺，投入不足，将成为制约旅游业发展的瓶颈。寻求直接的、有活力的多种融资渠道将是解决旅游企业融资难问题的关键。从现阶段发展情况看，山东旅游业正处于升级的关键时期，，面临着旅游资源深度开发、改善旅游基础设施、实现粗放型向集约型转变等一系列的资金需求，而财政资金对旅游业的投入有限，因此选择适宜的旅游融资模式，从而促进旅游产业与资本市场有效结合，推动旅游业依赖自身的资本运作和外部资金投入进入良性循环状态，进而加快“旅游大省”向“旅游强省”转变的步伐，对山东旅游业的发展具有重要的现实意义。本文运用文献分析方法、统计分析方法、实证分析与理论相结合的研究方法，基于产业融合理论以及旅游融资基础相关理论，对山东旅游业融资现状进行分析，剖析山东旅游业融资存在的主要问题；基于山东旅游业融资SWOT分析，探讨山东旅游业融资的优劣势，发现旅游业发展的机遇与挑战所在；通过建立回归模型，对山东旅游产业发展与金融支持关系进行实证研究，以泰安市为实例深入探讨山东旅游产业融资实践及其成效；提出适合山东旅游业发展的融资模式，提出通过发挥政府的推动作用，实施投资主体多元化和融资方式市场化，创新旅游产业融资方式以及完善旅游投融资机制等，进一步完善融资模式配套环境的对策建议，进一步推动山东省旅游与金融产业的融合发展。
[Abstract]:Tourism is a special industry with "high input and high output". The deep development of tourism resources needs strong funds as backing. If there is a shortage of funds and insufficient investment, it will become a bottleneck restricting the development of tourism. Seeking direct and dynamic financing channels will be the key to solve the financing problem of tourism enterprises. From the current development situation, Shandong tourism is in a critical period of upgrading, facing a series of capital needs, such as in-depth development of tourism resources, improvement of tourism infrastructure, realization of extensive to intensive transformation, and so on. However, the investment of financial funds in tourism is limited, so we should choose the appropriate tourism financing mode, so as to promote the effective combination of tourism industry and capital market, and promote the tourism industry to rely on its own capital operation and external capital investment to enter a virtuous circle. Thus, it is of great practical significance for the development of Shandong tourism to speed up the transformation from "big tourism province" to "strong tourism province". This article uses the literature analysis method, the statistical analysis method, the empirical analysis and the theory unifies the research method, based on the industry fusion theory and the tourism financing foundation related theory, carries on the analysis to the Shandong tourism industry financing present situation. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the financing of tourism industry in Shandong Province. Based on the SWOT analysis of Shandong tourism financing, this paper probes into the advantages and disadvantages of Shandong tourism financing, and finds out the opportunities and challenges of tourism development. Through the establishment of regression model, this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between the development of Shandong tourism industry and financial support, and takes Tai'an City as an example to deeply explore the financing practice and effectiveness of Shandong tourism industry. This paper puts forward the financing mode suitable for the development of Shandong tourism, and puts forward that through giving full play to the promoting role of the government, implementing the diversification of investment subjects and marketization of financing methods, innovating the financing mode of tourism industry and perfecting the mechanism of tourism investment and financing, etc. The countermeasures and suggestions of further perfecting the supporting environment of financing mode and further promoting the integration and development of tourism and financial industry in Shandong Province.
