【摘要】：本文将提供清晰和全面的商业理念概述。构思该项目不仅是为了IMBA最终评估,还因为我们发现,游客在美食体验和一些未被充分利用但潜力巨大的因素之前存在差距。我们坚信,这一方案值得我们投入精力和时间,有助于双方建立联系,充分发挥潜力。在当今市场,美食旅游呈不断增长趋势。在游客眼中,当地美食已成为国家文化和人民的代表。作者出身于拉丁美洲,明白前往拉丁美洲国家旅游的游客难以近距离参加当地的美食活动。但其实在这些活动中,他们可以了解到当地文化特色,获得人文体验。因此,本项目旨在为外国和本国游客创造渠道,帮助他们体验当地各式的美食活动,打造难忘的美味体验。同时,它还将为当地生产商和旅游公司提供集中平台,组织高质量的旅游服务。本文将呈现这一商业理念的完整框架,详细说明在哥伦比亚市场上成功落实美食项目所需的步骤。我们将具体说明有助于项目在哥伦比亚市场取得成功的核心竞争力和组织能力,介绍有助于外籍人士接触本国美食的营销计划。在制定商业模式后,我们保守考虑了顾客范围和各种市场变量,认为在执行该业务模式五年后,项目收入可达约210万美元,净利润达20万美元,内部收益率达50.3%。
