晋城市煤炭企业转型旅游景区开发研究

  煤炭企业转型发展是国家面临的一个新课题,也成为业界广泛关注的一个重要问题。正是在这样一个背景下,晋城市开始了煤炭企业转型发展研究,提出了“地下转地上,黑色转绿色”的口号,引导煤炭企业转型旅游产业发展。自煤炭企业转型旅游景区开发以来,晋城市旅游业一直发展较好,并获得了较多成功经验,但其发展过程中也存在这样那样的问题。直到目前对晋城市“煤旅结合”的整体性、系统性研究还比较少。本文基于晋城市“煤旅结合”理论研究的匮乏,以不同所有制形式下典型案例入手,从管理绩效、综合服务绩效、市场竞争绩效、发展环境绩效等方面建立景区经营绩效评价指标体系,并选用一定的数学模型和方法对景区经营绩效进行分析、比较,在此基础上归纳晋城市“煤旅结合”的成功之处及存在问题,为改进对策的提出提供依据。本文共分为六章:第一章为绪论部分,阐述了文章的研究背景、研究意义、研究内容和国内外研究现状等。第二章主要根据本文所要研究的内容,引入相关理论,对相关概念做出界定。第三章介绍了晋城市“煤旅结合”景区开发现状,在此基础上总结其表现特征,并阐明“煤旅结合”具有强大的生命力和广阔的发展前景。第四章,以案例研究入手,构建以景区管理绩效、...
