国家旅游发展,创新与营销政策分析与探索-尼泊尔旅游制约因素研究

  当今世界,旅游业是特定旅游资源国促进自身社会经济进步的关键驱动力之一。政府的政策决定了旅游业是否能够取得成功,以实现正向效益的最大化和负面效应的最小化。由于尼泊尔拥有丰富的旅游资源,自1950年代中期以来,历届政府一直优先考虑旅游业发展,但旅游业的收益却无法满足预期。这项研究的主要目的是分析现有的旅游资源开发、制度创新和营销政策的痛点,并提出最优化的解决方案。此外,论文亦想建立一个广受欢迎的旅游创新及市场运作模式,提升资讯传播速度,通过科技推动相关知识更新,以配合尼泊尔的旅游发展。本文通过采用以归纳法、定性法和案例研究方法来实现研究目的。利用实地观察和专题小组讨论获得相应数据,与尼泊尔旅游业从业人员访谈以及对旅游政策和计划文件搜集整理。尽管缺乏与该研究关注问题的相关文献,但作者仍致力进行系统性的研究以实现研究目标,这一尝试为弥合研究差距做出了显著贡献。该研究认为长期的政治不稳、主要利益相关者之间的协作失调、短视的旅游发展规划、财政短缺、非延续性的旅游政策、熟练劳动力短缺、旅游基础设施薄弱和信息通信技术现代化程度低等外部环境,旅游创新概念过于夸张、缺乏科学的旅游营销和促销活动等内部环境影...
