现代风险导向审计国内外研究综述及启示

【摘要】：在财政部2006年颁布的新独立审计准则体系中系统引入了国际审计准则中积极倡导并在国外审计实务中广泛应用的现代风险导向审计模式。当这一"舶来品"在我国社会审计行业使用一段时间后,理论研究和实务操作都出现了困惑之处。文章试图通过对国内外审计理论界与实务界对现代风险导向审计模式的研究进行横向和纵向的分析,摸索出审计模式发展的规律,从而为我国审计实务中有效引入并运用现代风险导向审计提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the new independent auditing standard system promulgated by the Ministry of Finance in 2006, the modern risk-oriented audit model, which was actively advocated in the international auditing standards and widely used in foreign audit practice, was introduced systematically. When this "import" is used in China's social audit industry for a period of time, theoretical research and practical operation have appeared confusion. This paper attempts to explore the rules of the development of the audit model through the horizontal and vertical analysis of the research on the modern risk-based audit model in the domestic and foreign audit theorists and practitioners. Therefore, it provides reference for the effective introduction and application of modern risk-oriented audit in audit practice in our country.
