国家审计的创新与转型

【摘要】：在中国审计学会五届三次理事会暨第二次理事论坛上,与会代表提交了40多篇论文和调研报告。13位代表以中国审计发展战略为主题,针对我国审计工作面临的环境和今后一个时期审计发展战略进行了研讨。这些论文的观点,体现了党的十七大精神和科学发展观的要求,体现了解放思想、实事求是的科学态度,反映了近年来中国审计学会理事对我国审计工作面临的形势、现状和任务的判断,进行实践创新和理论创新的成果。代表们反映,本次理事论坛,对于我们进一步开阔思路,深入研究我国审计发展战略,具有很好的启迪作用。本刊特摘录十一位代表的发言(论文)要点,供广大读者参考。
[Abstract]:At the third Board and the second Board Forum of the Fifth session of the Chinese Audit Society, the participants presented more than 40 papers and research reports on the theme of China's audit development strategy. This paper discusses the environment and the development strategy of audit in the future. The viewpoints of these papers reflect the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Party and the requirements of the scientific concept of development, reflect the scientific attitude of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts, and reflect the situation faced by the directors of the China Audit Society on the audit work in our country in recent years. The present situation and the task judgment, carries on the practice innovation and the theory innovation achievement. The delegates reported that this council forum has a very good enlightening effect for us to further broaden our thinking and study our audit development strategy. The main points of the speech (thesis) of eleven representatives are specially excerpted from this journal for the reference of the readers.
