【摘要】：正最近,我们开展了农村环境整治工程专项资金审计和审计调查,发现各地把农村环境整治工程作为建设社会主义新农村的重要内容,农村环境面貌发生了比较明显的改观。但一些农村仍存在生活污水直接排入河塘,生活垃圾随便乱丢、乱堆、乱放,农村厕所卫生状况较差,农村污染物、污染源处理难度较大等问题。究其原因主要有:
[Abstract]:Recently, we have carried out a special fund audit and audit investigation for rural environmental improvement projects, and found that rural environmental improvement projects have been regarded as an important part of building new socialist countryside in various places, and the rural environment has changed obviously. However, there are still some problems in some rural areas, such as the direct discharge of domestic sewage into river ponds, the random littering and dumping of domestic garbage, the poor sanitary condition of latrines in rural areas, the pollutants in rural areas, the difficulty in handling pollution sources, and so on.
