多元化投资与企业风险控制——来自五粮液集团的案例

【摘要】：正 随着加入WTO后市场准入壁垒的逐步降低,我国企业面临的前所未有的激烈竞争,迫使企业不断通过投资战略的调整以扩展自身的发展空间。多元化投资虽为增加新的利润增长点、开辟新的业务领域、重新整合企业竞争力提供了有效途径,但盲目实行多元化也会使企业面临巨大的风险,甚至被迫退出市场。有鉴于此,本文以五粮液集团的多元化经营为例,剖析我国企业多元化投资的效果及对企业风险的影响。
[Abstract]:With the gradual reduction of market access barriers after China's entry into WTO, Chinese enterprises are facing unprecedented fierce competition, which forces them to expand their own development space through the adjustment of investment strategy. Although diversification investment provides an effective way to increase new profit growth point, open up new business fields and reintegrate the competitiveness of enterprises, blindly carrying out diversification will make enterprises face huge risks and even be forced out of the market. In view of this, this paper takes Wuliangye Group's diversified management as an example to analyze the effect of diversified investment and its influence on enterprise risk.
