山东：从健全制度入手改进管理

【摘要】：根据《审计法实施条例》的规定,审计机关对与本级人民政府财政部门直接发生预算缴款、拨款关系的国家机关,军队、政党组织和社会团体,依法进行审计监督;对与本级人民政府财政部门直接发生预算缴款、拨款关系的企业和事业单位,依法进行审计监督。对行政事业单位审计是国家审计机关的法定职责。如何才能更好地进行行政事业审计?怎样才能更好地发挥行政事业审计的效应?各地审计机关均在不同方面取得了较好的成果,本栏编辑的一组文章,仅为更好地开展行政事业审计工作提供参考。
[Abstract]:In accordance with the provisions of the regulations on the implementation of the Audit Law, audit institutions shall exercise audit supervision over state organs, the army, political party organizations and social organizations that have direct budgetary contributions and allotment relations with the financial departments of the people's governments at the corresponding level, and shall exercise audit supervision in accordance with the law; Audit and supervision of enterprises and institutions that have direct budgetary contributions and allocations with the financial departments of the people's governments at the corresponding level shall exercise audit and supervision in accordance with law. Auditing of administrative institutions is the legal responsibility of the state audit institutions. How to carry on the administration enterprise audit better? How to give full play to the effect of administrative audit? Various audit institutions have achieved better results in different aspects. A group of articles edited in this column only provide reference for better carrying out the audit work of administrative cause.
