Salary and Its Impact on Job Satisfaction in Ghana:Take Sky

本研究以天空广播有限公司为研究对象,探讨薪资对加纳工作满意度的影响。影响工作满意度的因素或变量很多,工资是影响工作满意度的主要因素之一。换言之,任何组织的薪酬结构的好坏,都可能影响组织的生产力。本研究旨在了解天空广播有限公司的薪资是否对工作满意度有显著影响。本研究所采用的研究设计是一项描述性调查,其中阳光广播有限公司和天空财产有限公司(天空广播有限公司的主要子公司)共有400名工人。采用分层随机抽样方法对278名工人进行抽样调查。本研究使用的主要工具是自编的问卷,题为“员工工资清单”(ESI)和“员工工作满意度”(EJS)。ESI由两部分组成:A部分由个人数据组成,如性别、年龄、婚姻状况和部门。B部分包括30项旨在衡量薪酬满意度的项目,并根据组织中的角色等变量进行划分。EJS由30个项目组成。根据调查分析,以采取措施来激励员工。分析人士指出,行政部门在代表性激励问题上附加了更重要的意义,以影响企业在竞争对手中的持久性。工作本身固有的工作满意度与工作性质、所需技能、职业地位、地理位置和组织规模有关。首先,工作性质决定了工作满意度。通常,不同的工作比重复性工作带来更多的工作满意度,工厂工人...
