【摘要】：随着电子技术及网络技术的发展,目前国内外对于IPv4地址消亡的必然性和消亡时间都已基本达成共识,最具权威的是APNIC的Jeff Huston的IPv4地址池消亡的时间表,在IPv4地址全球分配殆尽之际,IPV6应运而生。现阶段网络设备生产厂商比较关注的是：IPv6技术如何落实在网络设备产品中,并在现实生产、生活中得到实际应用；采取什么样的产品策略；如何达到收益的最大化……这些问题不仅仅困扰着设备生产厂商,也影响着中国未来互联网的发展方向,进而影响到中国未来的科技发展。本文通过对全球IPv6Ready通过产品的统计,使用origin软件对IPv6技术曲线进行拟合,较为准确的定位IPv6技术发展阶段S曲线；通过了对全球IPv6路由流量的分析,较为准确地判断出目前IPv6的商业应用的发展阶段,得出了以下结论： 结论1：IPv6从技术角度来说：目前已经进入成熟期,但是还处于商业应用的引入期,IPv6技术预计将在2020至2030年左右达到另一个创新高峰期； 结论2：IPv6将在未来物联网等相关新市场领域有巨大的发展空间。作为传统的工Pv4设备的升级,IPv6设备的作用是作为透明的传输层介质,而对于物联网终端产品来说将是个跨时代的变革产品。 以上结论的分析结果将为企业决策提供数据基础。企业通过对当前IPv6技术及商业应用发展阶段的掌握,结合企业的类型和既有的产品策略,综合制定出企业的IPv6的产品策略。在基于IPv6产品的策略中引入环境、经济和举例分析等多种方法,更客观的为企业基于IPv6技术产品策略提供理论依据和实践指导。 本论文共分五章。第一章绪论：简要介绍了本文的研究背景、研究目的和论文创新点；第二章文献研究：重点介绍了宏观环境分析PEST、核心竞争力理论、技术创新的扩散理论、成本分析法；第三章IPv6产品策略环境分析：主要从内部环境和外部环境两方面进行分析,IPv6外部环境分析主要包括IPv6PEST分析和IPv6外部中观环境分析；对IPv6内部环境分析包含IPv6企业产品分析、IPv6市场和销售分析和IPv6研究和开发能力分析；第四章基于IPv6技术的产品策略：通过对IPv6技术产品的进入和退出、成本、基于IPv6技术产品的博弈、设备厂商基于IPv6技术的产品策略的分析,从而给出不同类型设备厂商的基于IPv6技术的产品策略建议；第五章总结与展望。

These problems not only perplex the manufacturers of equipment, but also affect the future direction of China's Internet, and then affect the future development of science and technology in China. Based on the global IPv6Ready through product statistics, technology of IPv6 curves were fitted using the Origin software, IPv6 positioning technology development phase of a more accurate S curve; through the analysis of the global IPv6 routing traffic, more accurately determine the current development stage of the commercial applications of IPv6, draw the following conclusions:
