【摘要】:我国已形成的三大电信运营商在全业务的经营模式下,在移动、宽带市场上竞争日趋激烈。通信企业运营模式从“技术、网络驱动”向“市场驱动”和“客户驱动”转化,只有追求优质个人客户和企业集团客户的忠诚才可能在未来通信业务市场竞争中占据优势。高品质的网络,优质的服务,有针对性的积极探索企业信息化和互联网服务是吸引用户的重要手段,这也是影响所有运营商的战略重点。作为通信企业利润创造点之一是基础网络的规划建设,良好的网络规划是企业降低运营成本,提高竞争力的重要环节。面向客户的科学网络规划是新时期的一个重要的要求。目前的网络规划工作,大多是按照传统网络规划理论加上人为经验来开展的,缺少先进的,智能的定量化方法。同时,随着市场规模增长,网络规模的扩大,电信企业内部本身也积累了大量的客户、网络、资源能力数据资料。在现代化的信息时代,,将潜在海量数据中的价值信息发掘出来,从存量的数据中提炼出知识,使得网络规划向科学化、智能化的方向发展。数据挖掘技术是实现科学的网络规划这一目标强有力的支撑。 针对数据挖掘在网络规划中应用问题,本文重点提出数据挖掘在电信网络规划中的应用意义,数据挖掘技术及数据仓库相关知识,并以电信宽带接入网规划实际为背景,基于数据挖掘技术来研究网络规划中难点问题的解决。本文重点的研究内容为:第一,分析了通信运营行业发展情况,应用PEST方法分析了行业发展环境。第二,介绍了网络规划基本原则和方法,进而探索了数据挖掘在网络规划的应用点及其研究价值。第三,研究了数据仓库的建立,以电信企业实体现有的数据库为基础,梳理了网络规划数据仓库的搭建,为进一步的数据挖掘奠定基础。第四,基于数据挖掘技术选择适当的算法建立了网络规划热点选择模型,网络资源利用率计算模型,阐述了挖掘的目标、基础数据的来源、挖掘的方法、及在数据挖掘模型下实施对企业的数据挖掘任务,完成实际问题的解决方案。本文研究成果也为行业其他企业提供了参考与借鉴价值。

In modern information era. The potential value of massive data information excavated, extract knowledge from the stock data, making the network planning scientific, intelligent direction. Data mining technology is planning to achieve this goal strong scientific support network.
The application of data mining in network planning, this paper puts forward the application significance in telecom network planning in data mining, data warehouse technology and related knowledge of data mining, and the telecom broadband access network planning as background, based on the data mining technology to solve the difficult problem of network planning. This paper focuses on the first, analyzes the development situation of telecom industry, the application of PEST method to analyze the development of the industry environment. Second, the paper introduces the basic principles and methods of network planning, and then explore the value of application of data mining in network planning and research point. Third, the establishment of the data warehouse, the telecom enterprise entity existing database based combing the network planning, build data warehouse, lay the foundation for further data mining. Fourth, based on data mining technology to select the appropriate The algorithm established a network planning focus selection model, cyber source utilization rate calculation model, describes the mining target, source of the basic data mining methods in data mining, and model implementation of enterprise data mining task, complete solutions to practical problems. The results of this study provide a reference and reference value for the industry other enterprises.
