【摘要】:移动互联网时代,窃取个人隐私信息的技术和手段不断变化升级,市场上也形成了个人信息非法获取、倒卖的利益链条。随着客户维权意识的提升和对自身隐私信息保护要求的不断升级,作为通信运营商,中国移动在推进客户信息安全保障工作的过程中面临着巨大挑战。 为此,本文选择甘肃移动客户信息安全管理研究作为论文的选题,围绕甘肃移动客户信息安全管理存在的问题以及客户信息所面临的安全风险展开分析,并且针对性地提出了提升措施。本文首先介绍了甘肃移动客户信息安全管理的研究背景和研究意义,以及研究内容和思路。其次,本文对信息安全管理的相关概念和理论基础进行了简略阐述,分析和研究了甘肃移动客户信息安全管理的现状以及客户信息安全管理工作存在的问题。最后,本文通过风险管理的方法分析得出甘肃移动客户信息面临的安全风险和威胁,针对性地提出解决问题的手段和措施。 本文在对甘肃移动客户信息安全管理分析和研究的过程中,重点关注了企业内部管理存在的因为流程设计与制度管理不完善,安全管控措施落实不到位,缺少技术支撑等问题引发或者导致的客户信息被泄露或者滥用的风险。通过强化制度管理和培训,建立4A安全管理系统,同时加大同步规划、同步建设、同步运营三同步的管理力度以及加强对客户信息安全管理事前、事中、事后三阶段的安全管控等措施的实施,以提升甘肃移动客户信息安全管理水平和客户满意度。
[Abstract]:In the era of mobile Internet, the technology and means of stealing personal privacy information are constantly changing and upgrading, and the illegal acquisition of personal information has also been formed in the market. Reselling the chain of interests. With the promotion of awareness of customer rights and the continuous upgrading of their privacy information protection requirements, as a communications operator. China Mobile is facing great challenges in the process of promoting customer information security. Therefore, this paper chooses Gansu Mobile customer Information Security Management as the topic of this paper, focusing on the problems of Gansu Mobile customer Information Security Management and the security risk of customer information. This paper first introduces the research background and significance of Gansu Mobile customer Information Security Management, as well as the research contents and ideas. This paper briefly describes the concept and theoretical basis of information security management, analyzes and studies the current situation of Gansu mobile customer information security management and the problems existing in customer information security management. Finally. This paper analyzes the security risks and threats faced by Gansu Mobile customer information through the method of risk management, and puts forward the means and measures to solve the problems. In the process of analysis and research on customer information security management of Gansu Mobile, this paper focuses on the existence of enterprise internal management because the process design and system management is not perfect, the implementation of security control measures is not in place. Lack of technical support and other problems caused or caused by the risk of leakage or abuse of customer information. Through strengthening the system management and training, establish 4A security management system, while increasing synchronization planning, synchronous construction.
