【摘要】:对于现代企业而言,预则立,不预则废。随着我国市场经济体系的不断完善和经济的迅速发展,越来越多企业将更多的时间和精力投入到发展战略方面的研究上面来,并通过在企业的实践中探寻可行性及科学的发展路径,使企业不断发展壮大。 本文以国有大型骨干企业中国电信秦皇岛分公司为研究对象,在大量搜集国内外通讯行业和企业资料的基础上,借鉴了企业战略管理的基础理论和研究方法,综合运用了环境优劣势力分析、SWOT分析、五力竞争模型等方法,对秦皇岛电信的内外部环境资源进行了综合分析,提出了进一步推进公司发展的战略思路和建议,希望能为企业早日走向辉煌、迅速提高市场占有率提供有益借鉴。 首先,本文对国内外战略管理理论的研究现状,演变过程进行了简单介绍,进而对战略管理的涵义、特征和构成要素,以及其在企业发展中的作用进行了系统阐述,为本文开展企业发展战略研究工作奠定了理论依据。 其次,结合当前宏观经济形势以及通讯行业发展现状,对秦皇岛电信的内外部环境进行了综合分析,从中筛选出影响企业发展的关键战略要素,并对集团公司的优势和劣势进行了总结,,指出必须通过制定科学可行的发展战略,抓住利于企业发展的机遇、躲避外部环境的威胁。 再次,对企业内外部环境关键战略要素进行综合评价,客观指出企业所面临的机遇与挑战,以及企业自身所具有的优势和存在的弱点,运用SOWT分析工具,对秦皇岛电信公司的发展战略定位进行了分析和选择。 最后,从战略的高度确定了企业的发展目标和发展战略,指明了秦皇岛电信有限公司今后的发展方向,提出了确保战略实施的相关措施。
[Abstract]:For modern enterprises, it is necessary to stand in advance, but not to be abandoned. With the continuous improvement of market economic system and the rapid development of economy in our country. More and more enterprises put more time and energy into the research of development strategy, and through the practice of enterprises to explore the feasibility and scientific development path, so that the enterprise continues to grow. This paper takes Qinhuangdao Branch of China Telecom as the research object, and draws lessons from the basic theory and research method of enterprise strategic management on the basis of collecting a large number of domestic and foreign communication industry and enterprise data. By using the methods of SWOT analysis and five-force competition model, this paper comprehensively analyzes the internal and external environmental resources of Qinhuangdao Telecom. This paper puts forward the strategic ideas and suggestions to further promote the development of the company, hoping to provide useful reference for the enterprise to advance to the glory as soon as possible and to increase its market share rapidly. First of all, this paper briefly introduces the current situation and evolution of the strategic management theory at home and abroad, and then introduces the meaning, characteristics and elements of strategic management. And its role in the development of enterprises is systematically expounded, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of enterprise development strategy. Secondly, combined with the current macroeconomic situation and the current situation of communications industry development, Qinhuangdao Telecom internal and external environment is comprehensively analyzed, from which the key strategic factors affecting the development of enterprises are selected. This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the group company and points out that it is necessary to grasp the opportunity conducive to the development of the enterprise and avoid the threat from the external environment by formulating a scientific and feasible development strategy. Thirdly, it comprehensively evaluates the key strategic elements of the internal and external environment, and objectively points out the opportunities and challenges faced by the enterprises, as well as the advantages and weaknesses of the enterprises themselves. The development strategy of Qinhuangdao Telecom Company is analyzed and selected by using SOWT analysis tool. Finally, from the perspective of strategy, the development goal and development strategy of the enterprise are determined, the future development direction of Qinhuangdao Telecom Co., Ltd is pointed out, and the relevant measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy are put forward.
