扩大内需视域下我国信息消费研究

【摘要】:党的十八大会议提出要继续牢牢把握扩大内需尤其是要扩大消费需求、释放居民消费 力。2013年4月的国务院常务会议也提出要将扩大内需提上首位,尤其是通过提高居民内部需求来实现我国经济结构的调整和升级,此次常务会议上提出在最新出现的信息消费、医疗、养老、文化等新兴消费热点中,将信息消费放在首要位置,发挥信息消费对经济发展的引擎作用,从政策上鼓励培育信息消费,信息消费被赋予重要责任 本文从我国信息消费发展现状出发,从信息消费领域内部发展势头最猛的网络消费的角度切入,通过分析我国在该领域所取得的成绩与结构现状,以问题为核心研究,对制约我国信息消费领域的障碍提出对策建议,由以下五部分组成: 第一部分首先介绍了信息消费研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状及本文对信息消费采用的研究方法。 第二部分是对信息消费的概述。具体界定了信息消费的概念和内容,详细介绍了信息消费的特点,并对影响信息消费内容的因素做出简单阐述。从总体上对信息消费的概况做出把握。 第三部分从我国信息消费的现状出发,通过分析我国现阶段该领域发展现状和态势以及总体发展的主体、城乡、区域三方面的结构现状,进而又与信息消费发达国家比较,得出目前我国在该领域有效需求不足、尚有发展空间。 第四部分基于第三部分对现状研究的数据基础上,从主体、客体及环境三方面找出并分析了我国在信息消费领域存在的具体问题。 第五部分针对存在的具体问题,结合我国发展现实,试图提出进一步发挥信息消费对扩大内需引擎作用的对策建议。
[Abstract]:The 18 Congress of the Party proposed that we should continue to firmly grasp the expansion of domestic demand, especially the expansion of consumer demand, and release the consumption of residents. In April 2013, the executive meeting of the State Council also proposed that the expansion of domestic demand should be given top priority, especially by raising the internal demand of the residents to realize the adjustment and upgrading of China's economic structure. The standing meeting proposed that in the newly emerging information consumption, medical care, old-age care, culture and other emerging consumer hot spots, information consumption in the first place, to play the role of information consumption on economic development engine. Encourage the cultivation of information consumption from the policy perspective, and information consumption is given an important responsibility Starting from the current situation of information consumption in China, this paper analyzes the achievements and structure of our country in the field of information consumption from the perspective of Internet consumption, which has the strongest development momentum in the field of information consumption. Taking the problem as the core research, puts forward the countermeasure suggestion to the restriction our country information consumption domain barrier, is composed of the following five parts: The first part introduces the information consumption research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research status and information consumption research methods adopted in this paper. The second part is an overview of information consumption. It defines the concept and content of information consumption, and introduces the characteristics of information consumption in detail. The factors affecting information consumption content are briefly expounded, and the general situation of information consumption is grasped as a whole. The third part from the current situation of information consumption in China, through the analysis of the current situation and situation of the development of this field and the overall development of the main body, urban and rural, regional structure of the three aspects of the status quo. Furthermore, compared with the developed countries of information consumption, it is concluded that the effective demand in this field is insufficient and there is still room for development. In the 4th part, based on the data of the third part, the author finds out and analyzes the concrete problems in the field of information consumption in China from three aspects: subject, object and environment. In view of the concrete problems and the reality of China's development, the 5th part tries to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for further exerting the role of information consumption on the expansion of domestic demand engine.
