天津市企业“两化融合”发展水平测评系统设计

【摘要】：信息化与工业化主要在技术、产品、业务、产业四个方面进行融合。也就是说，该课题主要是从两化融合中技术融合、产品融合、业务融合、产业衍生等四个方面的融合程度，通过系统进行企业两化融合情况关键指标量化，形成的数据报表，为各种研究及规划做出数据支持。系统通过各企业填写“两化融合”调查问卷，将两化融合相关的各项数据采集至系统中,企业填报情况能够更加直观的体现出企业“两化融合”发展水平的情况。为评估本市整体、区域、行业及各企业的“两化融合”发展水平，为企业提供信息化建设咨询和指导,提升企业信息化建设的经济效益和社会效益,为今后管理部门进一步的制定“两化融合”相关政策及相应服务提供数据支撑。系统基于Web Service技术，在B/S的架构下，设计了企业两化融合测评系统，系统在对测评系统指标体系的构建原则、指标体系的构成框架的研究，及对两化融合测评的评分和测评方法研究的基础上，制订了系统的评价指标并赋予权重。为在系统中很好的实行测评，对系统的流程及功能进行了设计，分为7个主要功能模块，分别是：企业信息管理模块、调查管理模块、调查问卷填报模块、调查问卷计分统计模块、权限管理模块、生成Word文档模块和权重调整模块。实现了对系统的测评系统题库维护管理、企业信息管理、系统用户管理、角色权限管理、问卷题目设置、问卷指标体系设置、关键指标项设置、建立调查、测评结果查询、企业填报调查问卷的操作。课题的顺利开展，，将有助于政府和企业明确目前信息化投入的效果及未来信息化投资的方向，可以减少盲目投资、提高资金利用效率。该项目可结合工农业现实情况对两化的融合采取有效措施，推进工农业信息化的发展；提高我市工农业应用信息技术的水平和能力，实现工农业协同和资源优化配置。
[Abstract]:Informatization and industrialization are mainly integrated in four aspects: technology, products, business and industry. That is to say, the subject is mainly from the integration of technology, product integration, business integration, and industrial derivation. Based on the technology of Web Service and under the framework of B / S, the system designs the evaluation system of enterprise integration. The system studies the principles of the index system and the framework of the index system. On the basis of the research on the evaluation and evaluation methods of the two systems, the evaluation index of the system is formulated and the weight is given. In order to carry out the evaluation well in the system, the flow and function of the system are designed. It is divided into seven main functional modules: enterprise information management module, investigation management module, questionnaire report module, questionnaire score statistics module, authority management module. Generating Word document module and weight adjusting module. It realizes the maintenance and management of test bank, enterprise information management, system user management, role authority management, questionnaire topic setting, questionnaire index system setting, and so on. Set up the key index items, establish the survey, inquire the result of the evaluation, and the operation of the enterprise filling out the questionnaire. The smooth development of the project will help the government and enterprises to make clear the effect of the current informatization investment and the direction of the future informatization investment, and can reduce the blind investment. The project can take effective measures to promote the development of information technology in industry and agriculture, improve the level and ability of applying information technology in industry and agriculture, and combine the actual situation of industry and agriculture to take effective measures to promote the development of information technology in industry and agriculture.
