【摘要】: 基于GIS的城市综合交通信息管理技术研究正越来越受到社会的广泛关注,相关信息系统的设计和开发也已展开,已经到了从整体上对其作进一步研究和集成的优化阶段,这就需要深入进行城市综合交通信息管理技术的研究,进行系统平台的设计、建设,将现有分散、独立运行的数据和系统进行整合、接入与集成,开发研制基于平台、分层次、分等级、统一的综合交通信息管理系统。城市综合交通信息管理系统的技术研究是一个十分复杂的系统工程,论文进行了比较细致地研究,主要内容和创新点如下: 1、分析了当前城市综合交通信息管理技术研究的背景和现状,剖析了综合交通信息管理系统的概念,明确给出了综合交通信息管理系统和平台的定义。分析了当前城市综合交通信息管理技术研究存在的主要问题,明确了论文的研究内容和基本思路。 2、分析了城市综合交通信息数据的需求,阐述了系统研制的主要原则,创新地提出了集约化发展城市综合交通信息管理系统的思想和方法。设计了系统的分级体系结构、功能结构和层次结构,设计了系统的网络结构,阐述了平台的软件系统和硬件系统的组成,进行了系统的接口设计和数据库设计。 3、重点对城市公交信息管理系统及其关键技术进行了分析研究。研究分析了公交换乘模型、线网优化模型和最短路径模型的算法与实现。论文创新地提出了两种公交换乘模型:基于搜索的公交换乘模型、基于有向图和拓扑关系的公交换乘模型。提出了基于成本的城市公交线网优化的算法,并在城市公交信息管理系统中实现。 4、提出了越江交通诱导模型,将多维研究技术相组合,分析随时间、空间和事件变化而发生的交通流变化规律,推导出越江交通诱导模型的基本算法。创新地提出了城市地面道路实时交通状态的“三态判别”算法。设计了越江交通信息采集传输子系统、数据分析处理子系统、信息发布子系统和安全维护管理子系统。 5、对基于GPS的公交监控调度管理的需求进行了分析,设计了基于GPS技术的公交监控调度管理系统体系结构、网络框架、逻辑结构和数据库。首次提出“统一网关”的概念,政府和企业统一通过该网关与车载智能系统进行通信联络,实时进行监控调度管理,建立和完善了“统一网关”模型,设计了“统一网关”通信协议。设计实现了公交车辆到站时间预测模型。设计了政府监控管理系统、企业调度管理系统和公众信息服务支持系统。
[Abstract]:The research of urban integrated traffic information management technology based on GIS has been paid more and more attention by the society. The design and development of related information system has also been carried out, which has reached the stage of further research and integration on the whole. It is necessary to deeply study the technology of integrated urban traffic information management, to design and construct the system platform, to integrate the existing data and systems that are scattered and independently run, to access and integrate, to develop and develop the platform based on the platform, and to divide the system into different levels. The technical research of urban integrated traffic information management system is a very complex system engineering, the thesis has carried on the more detailed research, the main content and the innovation are as follows:. 1. The background and present situation of the research on the technology of urban integrated traffic information management are analyzed, and the concept of integrated traffic information management system is analyzed. The definition of integrated traffic information management system and platform is given, the main problems in the research of urban integrated traffic information management technology are analyzed, and the research contents and basic ideas of this paper are clarified. 2. The demand of urban comprehensive traffic information data is analyzed, the main principles of system development are expounded, the idea and method of intensive development of urban integrated traffic information management system are put forward, and the hierarchical system structure of the system is designed. Function structure and hierarchical structure, the network structure of the system is designed, the composition of the software system and hardware system of the platform is expounded, and the interface design and database design of the system are carried out. 3. The information management system of urban public transportation and its key technology are analyzed and analyzed, and the transit transfer model is analyzed. The algorithm and implementation of network optimization model and shortest path model. This paper proposes two kinds of bus transfer model: search-based bus transfer model, The bus transfer model based on directed graph and topological relation is proposed. A cost based optimization algorithm for urban transit network is proposed and implemented in the urban transit information management system. 4. A traffic guidance model for crossing the river is proposed, which combines multi-dimensional research techniques to analyze the change of traffic flow over time, space and events. This paper deduces the basic algorithm of cross river traffic guidance model, innovates the "three states discrimination" algorithm for the real time traffic state of urban ground road, designs the traffic information collection and transmission subsystem, the data analysis and processing subsystem. Information release subsystem and security maintenance management subsystem. 5. The requirements of bus monitoring and dispatching management based on GPS are analyzed, and the system architecture, network framework, logic structure and database of bus monitoring and dispatching management system based on GPS technology are designed. The concept of "unified gateway" is proposed for the first time. Through the gateway, the government and enterprises communicate with the vehicle intelligent system, monitor and manage the system in real time, and establish and perfect the "unified gateway" model. The communication protocol of "Unified Gateway" is designed. The model of bus arrival time prediction is designed, and the government monitoring and management system, enterprise dispatching management system and public information service supporting system are designed.
